McDonald's — Restaurant in Hurstbourne

No person at the restaurant cares about anything, food quality or service. The inmates are running the asulem here. Please hire some educated, decent looking employees to work here. This place has gone downhill. They need to clean house, especially on the overnight crew. The trash that is running the place at night is trying to attract a undesirable clientele, one that doesn't spend money. A clientele that runs - off your good, money spending, decent customer base. Even the music they play is wrong. They are playing, "I Want to Sex You Up", and "Party Like its Your Birf-day" (Birthday). Really? Just trash, pure and simple. They are argumentative with customers when they overcharge. What? Who does this? Obviously, the franchise owner nor corporate, care about this location any longer. I have been watching the customers that now come and go from here. Even they appear like hoods and thugs. I now understated why they no longer keep there dining room open 24 hours. The employees must be in fear. It's very, very sad, because this business sits in the middle of a very nice, clean, decent, respectful, low crime neighbothood. Please vote with your dollar and choose to spend your money...

It's McDonalds so it is exactly what you'd expect. Nobody that works there wants to be there, luckily their attitudes do not reflect this however. At the very least I've not been given attitude here like I have at McDonalds closer towards the downtown area. I often stop here on the way to work since I'll be sitting in traffic and it's an easy lunch, for the last few months every single hamburger bun I've had has been stale. The chicken nuggets are always soggy in the middle, as if they had been sitting for some time before I decided I hated myself enough on any given day to keep going here and ordering the same filth.

It's McDonalds so any real complaint is deserved, you eat here or any fast food place you're not going to be happy with the experience or with yourself. That said it's something to shove in my face while I sit in traffic for an hour so I don't have to eat when I get to work, so that's something I guess. The stars reflect how I feel after each meal: happy I'm not starving but sad...

This is the worst mcdonald's I've been to, the staff is so rude, and don't care about customers,

the last two times I've been here the white lady in the window was super rude and nasty, she always has an attitude for what reason I dont know, the young boy in the window didn't even have on a McDonald's uniform he literally was in a black hoodie just standing in the window, I didn't know if he was even a worker, how unprofessional, I ask him to speak to a manager and he acted like he didn't understand English, the lady he said was the manager didn't even wanna speak to me when I asked for a refund because she had a horrible attitude,

this mcdonald's is super ghetto and they need better customer service training, I would steer clear of this place if you want to be treated rudely. And judging by the other reviews I should have listened, but I'm happy I got a refund because I would hate to get food poisoning after...
