Applebee's Grill + Bar — Restaurant in Hutchinson

All you can eat 15.99. Sounds great and looks great on the commercials. But the problem is that they start you out with one, and then you can put in more orders. The problem is I don't want to wait 15 minutes every time I want to order another one. The more we ordered refills, the slower they came out. They definitely did this on purpose. They make you wait so long in-between that if they can't keep the food coming, then they shouldn't offer this deal. I just kept the shrimp coming because after trying the dried out over cooked chicken strips and that fake riblet thing, the only thing I would eat is the shrimp. They sent refills out with 6 shrimp. I scooped them all up and ate them in a minute. Now I had to wait another 15 minutes to get six more shrimp. That's a bunch of Malarkey!!!!!! Now you took the shrimp off already, and added chicken nuggets. The only reason I would ever do this deal again is with shrimp. No shrimp, no return!!!!! Shrimp was good when it finally came out. I would not recommend this deal now as they have no shrimp. I would also not recommend this deal if they can't keep the refills coming. It says unlimited...

Got here at 5:30, hardly anybody here, family gets seated, no one ever comes. Finally a kid who can't serve offers to get us our drinks and silverware since our waitress is non existent.... good kid, appreciate him. Finally a waitress comes by to ask us our order, yay, we give her our appetizer and meal order.....took over an hour and a half to get served.....2 of the 4 orders were incorrect.....lettuce had brown all over it, food was cold.....waitress had to be tracked down to refill our drinks and never took our empty glasses or appetizer plates away, stacked everything up for her, asked 3 times.....just ignored us. Another lady brought out the so called "meals"....Didn't see our waitress again till we asked for a ticket, by the way, took over an hour to get the ticket..... missed our movie since eating here is now a 2+ hr ordeal. Expected more for a $100 + meal....Never will be back, I'm done. Clearly an Applebees issue at this particular location as the other restuarants in town are not even close to being this bad, so definitely not a manpower...

If it were an option to give no stars I would. My whole family went there today for lunch. Our server was nice and our service was good. However the hair in our salsa, the hair in my nieces broccili after we waited for an hour to get our food was pretty discussting. My food came out wrong then by the time I got it everyone had already finished their food. The manager was sent over to our table and he did say a word! Then there was a mix up with our bill. We paid from the table device and apparently it was the wrong table. Instead of fixing it the manager walks away leaving our server to fix it and she had no clue what she was doing. All and all we spent almost 3 hours there, had $10 taken off our ticket and the manager never once appoligised for anything. Applebees in Hutchinson won't have to worry about seeing me ever again. There is plenty of good places to eat in Hutch we don't have to spend our time and money at a place that clearly...
