Best thing about this restaurant was the, “Bees Knees” cocktail I had. Being an alehouse, beverage selection was good, however, the waitress was very disinterested in helping with beer selections and actually told one in my party to, “look at the menu” for herself. Rushed by waitstaff to order main course before offering appetizers or drinks. We were asked for permission to remove appetizer plate before we even had it cleared. Main course was just, “OK” and fries weren’t even warm. Dessert was a smash, highly recommend butterscotch pudding- IF I could recommend anyone actually going there- because the hostess came to our table and asked us to leave, since other diners were waiting for our table and had reservations! We also had reservations, had a combined bill of over 200 dollars. One in our party was in the restroom and I told the hostess we weren’t leaving without her to which her response was to ask if she could, “get us anything else”. I told her I have never felt so rushed to leave a restaurant from the time we first sat down. She apologized yet blamed the weather and lack of outdoor seating as the excuse that necessitated our exit. Main point, don’t visit this establishment if you want hot food, helpful waitstaff or a relaxing dinner.

I've tried to get into the place a number of times and, just like this time, it has been packed. Typically I just say "What the hell!" and move on to my second or third preferred place. Fortunately this time, not only was I able to find a spot for my party of two but it was along the front facing windows, so I considered it a good score. The place is popular and kind of loud but the two of us were able to carry on a very good conversation. Personally I find their food menu options to be just a little "underwhelming" especially on my no carb keto diet plan. Having had to walk away from beer and now somewhat enamored with bourbon I try hard to stay away from the burger and wrap scene. The long, narrow shared table scene is a little unique so it might be uncomfortable if you're at all prone to shyness. Other than that it's a fun place to hang and people watch.

We went on a sunday night and they were super busy. I have been on a chicken sandwich quest and this is my new favorite place — the draft beer list is really good, even surprising me with an old favorite silver city hef from bremerton, wa which i haven’t seen/had in forever. The server did forget my ranch request a few times but was clearly running around doing as much as she could to keep everyone fed and doing well. Our dinners were a bit later than usual restaurant timing but again they were super busy and the food was excellent so I did not alter any ratings. It is good to note though, that on a Sunday evening you may have to be patient based on their crowd since not as many places are open on Sundays which might increase wait time or the kitchen. Would 1 million percent come back (might be a new local favorite place!).

Dined for lunch, weekday at noon. It was not too busy, but establishment was about 60% full. The location is great. Next to many other restaurants. Seat yourself (love this). Great outdoor seating options. Service was top notch. Prices are avg. Great tap beer selection from all over! Ordered the spicy fried chicken sandwich. It was a smaller portion than I expected, probably just right for lunch, but tasted very good. They have homemade ketchup and I actually loved that. Husband got au jus French dip. He loved it. Teenagers ordered the grilled cheese, now that was awesome! It was parmesan crusted on the top. Little guy got fish and chips from kids menu and it was very well prepared, not fake fish sticks, actual fish fillets and perfect portion. I actually wanted some of his! Overall great place. Would return.

We finally made here and really enjoyed it. Great selection of libations for any palate. Their selection of ‘brown water’ is very good - I had a nice rye whiskey from Old Overholt. My wife an Irish whisky. We then shared a very good burger and a side of the poutine. They were both excellent! The ambience was very friendly and inviting and the service extremely friendly.

The burger was SO good and so was the wedge salad. The ranch was a little like sour cream and the ketchup was kind alike tomato soup, but like ketchup. Fries were so yummy and service was great too.
