UPDATE 1/2022: Since then, they got into contact with me via Twitter DM almost a month afterwards, with no further response. The location itself, however, actually answered the phone about a week after this review. They said they'd issue a refund and apologized. The refund did not come until nearly 2 weeks after that....which was 2 days after corporate reached out through Twitter DMs and stated, themselves, that they'd issued a refund. My conclusion?
The store manager never actually refunded me as she told me she would over the phone, and if I had never DM'd their corporate Twitter account, I likely never would've received my money back. I've raised it to a 2 star for the fact of refunding me, but not raised it to a 3 star because it should not take nearly a month of minimal responses and me trying to contract them through 2 separate ways to get a refund on a meal I never got.
As an aside: They have a tendency to serve VERY undercooked to borderline raw potatos as of late. So be wary of that....And if you can, avoid ordering delivery unless you want to wait weeks or months to get a response and/or refund.
----------Original Review 11/2021---------- They've always been reliable and informative on orders. If there's delays or issues, or supply problems, they would always list and mention it on site and app. Today was absolutely disrespectful tho. Not only did they mark the delivery as delivered when it was not; they refused to respond. With over 5 phone calls to this location, every one ended in 3 minutes of ringing, then silence, then a busy signal/hang up. One of them almost immediately went to busy/hang up, and one was 'busy' from start!
They don't list which delivery service they use, so I had no way to contact the driver directly. And there's no way to mention/process issues online; only through store phone calls. Which they ignore.
Be wary of ever ordering delivery from this location.
Will update/comment on review if possible, if their social media responds to my requests for a refund. Failing that, I will issue my chargeback and take my...
Read moreWe come to this location quite frequently. Wasn’t very happy this time around, I asked for three scoops of cheese as always do… or I’ll just ask for little more… been doing this for years and now all of a sudden today the Asian lady that was making my bowl refused to give me anymore cheese without charging me $3. I said I just one more scoop more how much is that? And she was adamant at saying they were gone charge me $3 extra. I said nvm… my husband is ordering his food tells the guy making his bowl he wants three scoops of cheese the guy gives it to him no problem.. so I spoke up and asked if I could get more cheese in my bowl. He went to do it and the Asian lady tried to stop him … I explained that I just watched him give my husband 3 scoops in his bowl no problem… and he told her just give it to me… she picked up like 4 shreds of cheese with an attitude and put in bowl… horrible customer service experience …. I’m not sure how much I like bibibop at this point if can’t even get 3 scoops of cheese without having to pay...
Read moreIn town for a few days and took my friends to BIBIBOP as they had never been. I love BIBIBOP because you can build your own Asian bowl. You can go healthy or not so much. You start with a base of rice or noodles or greens and then add other items on top including either chicken, spicy chicken, tofu or steak. They have 6-7 different sauces which are very good. You could even add Kim chi. Their specialty drinks are very good. I like their hibiscus lemonade. The price is very reasonable for the amount of food you get. I think I spent about $12 but I got a drink and added Kim Chi ($1 extra). I would've taken 1/2 of my meal if we weren't visiting from out of town. The dining room is pretty small, but while we were there I would say about 50% of the business was pick up or online orders. I hope one comes to...
