Prefer hobby lobby. Tried to minimize my time spent there by purchasing on line and picking up in the store...no luck. Why would you have that feature if you treat the people picking up as of they are a bother? First, had to find the pick up area. They had a display over it. Then the clerk there was RUDE...as if I were bothering her. Exact words "I'll see if someone has the time to get your order." SERIOUSLY? If they have the time? Uh, ok cause I see your chatting is so much more important. This person was so rude that I cant even describe it completely. Standing next to the kiosk I was using was were 3 employees; a man & 2 women. No one said "Hello". No one asked "Did you find everything alright?". No one said "Let us know if you need any help". No one said "Thank you for shopping at Michael's". No one said "Have a nice day". Maybe it's just me, but those are common courtesy interactions with customers. There were no other customers at the check-out. They weren't busy. They were too busy talking about high school graduations to acknowledge a customer right in...
