I had the best experience at Banter Belden Village Mall. When I originally went they pierced my ears practically pain-free and were so kind and friendly it made for a fun experience. I came back a couple months later due to my own error and Betania Heinandez saved the day. I needed my ear holes reopened and she did what no one else was able to do for me. She knew exactly what to do while causing virtually no pain. She did this all free of charge. They are true professionals and experts. And their kindness made everything even more enjoyable. Tried to get my daughter's ears pierced for her birthday. The lady told me they were too busy and only taking appointments. I left came back by and there was 3 of them just standing there with no customers. I asked the lady who said she was assistant manager why I was told that when they have 0 customers.
