So many issues. Besides being dirty, slow and kind of dumb. Ordered subway club toasted. When it was put in front of the “condiments guy” I asked why there was hardly any meat on it—“well, we’re out of roast beef”. Nobody told me that when I ordered. Instead of doubling up on one of the meats they just handed it to me as is. When I paid for it with debit card, he said it didn’t go through and run it again. So today my bank account was charged twice ($27.16) for the worst sub I’ve ever had. Because I had to get to an appointment, I didn’t have time to hassle with the order. Now I have to figure out how to get my money back!...

Throwing comments out about how much we were bothering her and sighing, groaning, and pretty much being off-putting and offensive. She rushed and the sandwiches were a mess, horribly cut and wrapped, ingredients everywhere. Not particularly fond of being treated like a nuisance for wanting lunch, I don't think it's too much to ask that we be treated fairly and kindly. It's 10 minutes of her time.
