IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS, I WOULD!
I called the manager 25 mins before I arrived and informed him that I was driving from 20 mins away and needed him to let me know if they have Vinaigrette, because my family cannot eat the food without it. The manager informed me that they have plenty to come on down.
I arrived, and there was a line with 21 people in it, I stood in line for another 15 mins. For them to tell me I can not order 4 bowls because anything above 3 items must be placed online. Infuriated, I told her I would order 3 bowls and then get back into line to get the 4th bowl. The 4th item was going to be a kids' meal!!!
I then continued making my 3 bowls, as 12 more people walk in. I get down to the register for them to tell me they have no Vinaigrette!! Are you kidding me!
I called the manager to the register, he told me he had no one there to make it, that it would take 20 mins for him to do.
Keep in mind I have over an hour invested into this trip. I told the manager my food would be cold by the time they got the Vinaigrette made. He shrugged he kinda looked at me as if I needed to figure out a solution. He then walks away, leaving some kid barely old enough to work there, with a look as if he saw a ghost. I left and drove over to the Georgesville location (20 MINS BACK ACROSS TOWN) for them to be CLOSED!
I then tried to call the store, the young man answered and I requested to speak with the manager that I previously spoke with before I came, the one I spoke with at the front counter. The employee told the manager I was on the phone, I heard the manager ask him who is was and what did I want. The employee asked me what I needed. I told him it's between me and the manager. The employee placed me on hold. 18 mins later. I hung up and tried to call back. They did not answer the phone at all. I called them 15 times for them to never answer.
I am now 2 hrs & 15 mins into trying to get Chipotle for my family. Smh. 🤦

Read moreMost pathetic service ever, always arguing over portions as if it’s coming out of their paychecks. If I am paying for something, I want my food the way I want it. It’s my food and my money! It’s ironic that the whole point of the Brand of chipotle is we go down the line ordering our food to be made to order in front us but the employees are truly mad about it 24/7 😂
The employees here act as if any extra portions come from their paycheck. They wanted to serve me, not even a half scoop of beans in the burrito, but then in the bowl I ordered, added two full scoops when I never asked for that. I asked for double chicken. I get one spoonful, then a half of a spoon, I’m pretty sure that wouldn’t be double, then proceeded to argue about it for what reason ?? It’s my food, but they want to make a big deal over what I am ordering and paying for again. Then I ask for lots of cheese, and he legit puts a tiny pinch of cheese in the bowl just to continue being petty. I have seen nothing but complaints every week on Grove City Connect (Facebook). Clearly, this store needs to be just shut down at this point. They are always out of food and always arguing with their customers about portions that are being paid for clearly by the customers. As well, nobody but one guy was on the line while there were multiple people standing at the pick-up window. Read moreWe stopped here so I could run in & grab dinner. It was around 7pm so it was still pretty early but when I got in there you would think they were minutes from closing. There was no fresh anything. They didn’t even have bowls & she had to go find some. I should’ve just left when I seen that there wasn’t a single thing there fresh. I even asked if anything was going to be added but there was no one making anything so there wasn’t anything fresh to add. But I really didn’t want to leave & drive somewhere else. You would think that would really be the worst thing that happened but it wasn’t unfortunately. I told the girl everything I wanted for 2 chicken bowls. Easy I thought. But there was another worker there talking to me about what all I was ordering & he kept asking like he wasn’t getting it. So, I obviously wasn’t paying attention like I should’ve been I guess bc I paid & went home. We sat down to eat & we both opened our Chicken Bowls but there was something missing when we started to eat. There was NO CHICKEN in either bowl!! Neither one had a speck of chicken or any meat at all! I couldn’t even believe it. lol All I could do was laugh bc after all that & then seeing that I was really just flabbergasted. So, we had 2 vegetarian bowls with not so great vegetables. Definitely not worth the $20+ I’ll tell ya that.
