While I was at the register, ready to check out. The employee Yessy was incredibly nice, helpful and friendly. While in the process of checking out, a manager (or so I think) inappropriately confronted Yessy in a rude tone, arguing about a situation that in my opinion, he blew out of proportions. Yessy has made a completely fair complaint (in which she has every right to do so). Without the manager handling the situation professionally in a different setting. He decided a good time to start this quarrel was right in front of the register. And as Yessy was trying to assist me and keep her calm, the manager was bickering and almost seem to want to start a full on scene. And when Yessy (the adult) finally tried to put an end to the fight by saying “never mind”. The manager had the audacity so say “that’s what I thought.” I couldn’t walk away without saying something. The manager was a heavy set latino with dair hair. The people I was with and I will not be coming back to this store, a store that condones such rude behavior to their hard working...

I agree with quite a few other reviews here, there is an employee not sure the name but every single time I have gone in there to buy, there is this employee, female, who sees me then does this every time. I wait in line with my items, wait because only 1 cashier is there. As soon as I step, literally step towards the cashier after waiting , this "manager" I was told she was one, looks at me laughs and smiles broadly then takes immediately the customer who just came to the line. She smirks again. Not sure why but she obviously has some issues. But please keep an employee who treats paying customers, for literally over 25 yrs, so unprofessionally and filled with spite. No amount of training can change this older individual who has obvious cultural issues with customers...good luck with choosing the best of the worst to manage a highly...

I have to thank this store and Chanel sooooo much for coming to my rescue today! After shipping mishaps with other candle distributers, my team was SOL for the candle we wanted to add to our employee holiday gift. Amazingly the store and Chanel were able to find me 95 of the same 1-wick candle.

Chanel was so helpful and accommodating - continuing to check the stock in the back and ensure that I had exactly what I needed. She was extremely patient and calm which helped me breath a sigh of relief. She even helped me get all of the product into my car (often a source of stress)!!

Chanel went above and beyond today, and really made me thankful for people like her...
