I am dumbfounded by the experience I had last weekend with this place. I called to order some food to be delivered and wanted to pay with my credit card. I was told that the machine was down, so I said no big deal I’ll get cash. I asked for a total, and was told they’ll call me back with one, but never got a call. I placed my order at 3:37 pm. I called back at 4:50 pm to see what was going on with my order and spoke to someone who told me that he called me back with a total and told me it was going to take a long time because they were really busy. Neither one of those statements was true. He then gave me an attitude because I laughed at his previous statements and said “he’s about to leave with my order right now, and do I still want it?” I said no I don’t at this point I would call somewhere else. At 5:20 pm I heard a knock on my door, and it was them with my food an hour and 45 minutes later. I told him I told you on the phone to forget it, there is no way I want it after someone was that outright rude and ignorant to me after keeping me waiting all that time and lying about calling me back on top of it. I found out later that the person I was dealing with was the owner, of all people and he even went as far as going to the bar next door to complain about me, and made the bartender there pay for my order because he is friends with my son!!! Up to this point I was a regular customer, and I cannot believe the lack of professionalism displayed by the owner of a business. I am a very reasonable person, and have waited a long time for my food to arrive from here before, but never again. You lost a good customer, and if you treat people like you did me this way, you are going to lose many more. Stay away from this place, the food isn’t even that good. Go to Sappore down the street.
