I really can't say enough wonderful things about this place! I was driving through Jim Thorpe for work, felt the need to Google search breakfast/lunch spots nearby and I stumbled on this gem. It was my first time there and already feel like family. Nothing fancy about this place, but the food that Christian is whipping up in that kitchen is simply phenomenal. I ordered today's breakfast special, Key Lime French toast. It was so good, I ordered a second round, only it was the strawberry w/ fresh made lemon curd (as seen in photos). Definitely one of the best breakfasts!! I had one of the specials - "tropical French toast" - and it was the best fancy French toast I've ever had. Not too much going on but the flavor was great. The "sunrise skillet" was also AMAZING and yum! You also can't compete with the company of the employees and prices. It's always nice to see employees who care and remember customers names.
