Applebee's Grill + Bar — Restaurant in Kennewick

I was having a really shitty. Day already when friends decied today they gonna take me out and get some drinks and cheer me up pump me up to keep this fight going we went to applebees my favorite spot to have a few drinks good food good girlfriends I had a rough day my pain was at its worst and I was a bit emotional all day about it down on myself for crying feeling weak but I get there I'm having fun and of course life happens I had a seizure in bathroom okay I recovered pretty quickly we ordered food a second drink , and then while waiting and looking on temu looking through there healing stones are waiter was told by the manager he had to take my drink because I had had a seizure we softly explained to him why I had a seizure it was not a result of drinking alcohol but because I have 3 tumors in my brain and the bad cells push up against the good cells seizures happend and I'm at the point where we cant control them anymore ,but being a strong ass woman I still try to go out I still help people I still try to do good in my community so what the heck am I supposed to say when they come say they have to take my drink I paid for because something I have no control of and didn't sk for and dont want like my life isn't hard enough without being embarrased and to look stupid l like I've done something wrong when we were not loud not rude we were actually speaking quietly looking at healing stones on temu waiting for our food for they not think I am going through enough they want to humiliate me and for something I cant control or fix they want me to stay home and maybe be in my death bed how dare I go out and attempt to live my life as a human I'm so pissed right now so ya ya come and say your taking my drink well sorry yall not until I'll m done I finished that whole Hawaiian ice tea in about 4 big gulps until it was empty and said okay I guess I'm going to leave now since my being human here cause such a n issue I will never go back there not ever I've never felt so disrespected and just less then because I have a disability it was eye opening and not in a good way I was really starting to breath a little easier after suck a painful rough emotional day damn this feeling sucks right now thanks manager at applebees for making me feel like I'm a burden or dont belong out in public that's so special. Service started out well greated as soon as we walked in by staff were told the wait time and got o to the list. Little did we know that would be the end of any good service we woukd get. Our server Heaven g made it very clear that she had no desire to be there giving us the worst service I have ever had. After taking our orders for drinks she came back about 5 mins later with them. She proceded to set them on the edge of the table calling out what they were but just putting them down not handing them to the people that ordered them. She then took our food order and checked in from time to time on us. The appetizers came out at an hour and 10 mins after ordering again standing at the end of the table and having us pass the orders out to the people that ordered them. I could understand this if we were a large group at a big table but we were only a group of 6 at a normal size table. Our dinners finally arrived at 37 mins after appetizers, again calling out orders to be passed out getting louder at us if we didn't respond to what she called the item. Now I understand that sometimes kitchens get busy and food can take a while and have no issues with that. However got clued in something was going on when a table across from us ordered 30 mins after us with similar items and got food 20 mins before we did. Upon tasting our food all of our items were cold clearly having sat for a while. To top it off she forgot to put in for two people's food so they had to ask about their dinners and wait even longer for their food to show up. . As we had ordered appetizers there were plates in the way that had to be cleared to make room for dinner plates. I picked up mine so the entre could be set down handing it to her to take she looked at it and walked away leaving me holding it. I ended up having to put it on the corner behind me so I could eat. Overall the food came out cold and could not be enjoyed the server was a waste of time I would have rather used the on table digital order device and probably would have gotten better food. Don't waste your time going here you will be disappointed I would recommend other restaurants nearby that seem to always do...

Went to Applebee's for the first time, anywhere EVER. I placed an online order and went inside to pay and pickup. I didn't dine inside and don't think I ever will since I found it dark, dank and not as clean as I'd preferred. I was greeted at the door by a friendly staff member. But the pickup process was not all that smooth. I expected to walk through the door and get rang up quickly and efficiently, that did not happen. The place was not at all busy, a lot of older singles eating alone, so even more I'd expect easy pickup. As for the food...meh. Nothing to impress for a second order. We ordered riblets (had no clue what they were), they were dry and flavorless. The fries that came with it was child sized portions and the coleslaw was dry and pretty awful to be frank. Second plate was steak with mashed potatoes and broccoli. Steak was good in that it did not have fat on it, the mashed are instant and quite obvious, but the broccoli was good enough. I wished they provided a section where we could leave comments so I could've asked for the steak to be cooked without their seasoning. Third plate was a child's fettuccine which came with bits of chicken which had they had a comments section I could've requested "no chicken bits". Applebee's was a great disappointment. I'm getting the feeling its best to stay...
