Arby's — Restaurant in Kenosha

I stopped in here close to the end of the shift, not realizing I was literally only about 30 minutes from closing time. Now, I don't normally expect to get much in the way of customer service when it comes to fast food places, and like I said, it was just before closing time so usually you end up with fast food workers who are super agitated that you are there or are passive aggressive but that was NOT AT ALL my experience here. Everyone was super professional in an impressive way. From the moment the guy took my order until the time I left, everyone was VERY friendly. I felt bad and apologized for being so close to the end of the shift and the employees assured me that at least now they had something to do to pass the time, I know they kinda had to say that but they REALLY made me not feel like a burdensome customer and after having had a rough day, I really appreciated that human element. The Arby's I went to was excellent. Be sandwiches they have are a great plethora of different kinds. They have a v version meat sandwich and I think that is wonderful. also I like most of the sandwiches and the other foods they have plus the sauces that you can use to make the taste for you. that Arby's has a good number of people who are pleasant to work there and they are very nice as well. that Arby's is on my way home almost every day and it is one of the restaurants that I will eat at and enjoy there. I don't usually take the food home because I eat it at the restaurant and I enjoy the whole thing and every time I go out I ring there Bell. if you don't know what their bail is you must go into an Arby's and see what it means. Those of you who would like to try Arby's I tell you it is a very wonderful place to eat and you'll have more sandwiches that you would think about and you will probably keep going back to have the next sandwich that you feel you want to have! I walked in and saw that they were mopping the floors and had signs up to let me know the floor was wet. Then, the worker at the counter also called out and told me to be careful because the floor was wet. I appreciate the fact that the dining room was empty and they took the time to clean AND they made sure that I was safe.

I saw that they had a roast beef and cheddar meal special and went with that. The food was very good but I really think that a beef and cheddar should be obvious when you open it. I lifted the top bun and saw cheese sauce but the advertising always shows cheese sauce that is noticeable without lifting the bun. That isn't the case when I've ordered the beef and cheddar at multiple locations. Hard to tell there is cheese sauce unless you look for it. Possibly an Arby's thing to cut back...
