Grand Vin Wine Bar — Restaurant in Key West

Good wines, nice place to chill, and people watch. Selection of wines was adequate, and prices were decent compared to other wine bars, kinda like the laid-back atmosphere here. They were out of a few bottles that we asked for, but that's OK. The server recommended some others, and they were good enough. We were invited for wine tasting and had a nice time meeting people. Staff is friendly. There is plenty of outdoor seating on the porch and off the porch. Inside seating is tight but cozy. Bar is small, but that doesn't matter, I am not interested in sitting at the bar. I would consider this place a bargain for some of the wine they carry. Nice atmosphere and wine selectin however definitely some kind of bias to certain customers going on here. I asked for a glass of Pinot noir, the response I got was a finger pointing to what's available and "this is what I have." When I asked to start a tab, the response was "don't make me chase you down the street." I have sat here at a small table in the back to observe and what I witness is others being treated quite differently, with a plethora of pleasantries and offerings. Everywhere we go we find a great wine bar. Grand Vin was no exception. We just left sunset on Fort Zach Beach and ended up here. We ordered a charcuterie board and three different glasses of wine. We eneded up staying a while and really enjoying it. We were so full from lunch that this ended up being dinner. the charcuterie board was ample for 3 of us, and the wine pours were generous. they were also quite lovely. if you love fine wine, this is the stop you need to make.
