Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Kingman

I ordered a pizza with double cheese, provolone cheese, cheddar cheese, pepperoni, and banana peppers. I called and told them I was very disappointed In the amount of cheese on the pizza because it barely had any. They told me the manager made it, and actually put on more than he should have. (Not true) they also proceeded to tell me that the more toppings you order the less of each you get. (Excuse me?) so I just duplicated the order online to see if I paid for the extra ingredients and ordered another of the same with ONLY double cheese. Low and behold there is a price difference of $6.00 and where I come from that is theft! I paid for a product and didn’t receive the product in the quantity I paid for.... This is the action that almost put the franchise out of business a few years back requiring them to launch a massive PR campaign. DO NOT ORDER THEY ARE BACK TO THE OLD BUSINESS OF LYING AND STEALING FROM THERE CUSTOMERS! My order# 364611

I will also be sending this to the franchiser in hope they will either help make sure this type of thing never happens again OR drop them from the franchise. Unfortunately I cannot get the screen shot on this post but my email to the corporate office and the franchise owner will.

I used to love this place and WAS a regular customer until last night! I ordered two pan pizzas both were mainly dough no sauce or cheese! I called to complain about the lack of cheese on the pizzas. The response I got was this "we are having an inspection coming up so now we have to measure the cheese." I asked shouldn't the entire pizza have cheese on it she said yes I said well it didn't. I said it doesn't seem right I have to order extra cheese just to have cheese on the pizza. She did not have a response! I called today to speak to a manager. He was no help either he said I really don't know what went on last night, but he did say the entire pizza should have cheese, but if I really want cheese I need to order extra cheese! I used to eat there once maybe twice a week, but due to the staffs lack of concern even a sorry would have been nice I didn't even get that. I will go to Stan's Late night Pizza from now on. The food and staff are amazing!! Their pizza is loaded with cheese and their prices are better. Bye, bye Domino's I refuse to spend my money somewhere that does not take customer complaints seriously and act as though I am wasting their time. Now you have one less customer...

Sadly its seems like most of the time we order dinner from here there is an issue. Well tonight I called because we ordered wings and they didn't look right at all so I called to see if there was a mix up. The boy who got on the phone was rude and ignorant the whole time. Anytime I tried to explain what I had gotten in the past when I ordered vs what was delivered tonight were not the same, he just kept saying oh well I don't know what you want me to do about it, that for as long as he has been there thats the sauce they use. I've never order garlic parmesean wings and gotten them covered in a milk ranch tasting sauce before. And they always have parmesean sprinkled over them, he kept insisting they don't do that, well thats fine if something has changed in the 3 months since we las ordered them but its more about they way he went about insisting, not really listening, cutting me off to talk over me that is the issue. You can't help your customers if you can't be bothered to listen at all. Had you listened to what I was explaining maybe you would have understood. I definitely won't be ordering from here again.
