Wow. We stopped here on a road trip from Vegas to Phoenix. My boyfriend placed his order, me standing about 4 feet behind him still looking at the menu. I walk up to the counter, and place my order for 2 spicy McChicken sandwiches for $2. The cashier Kathy grumpily asks me if I want want "he" ordered. "I'm sorry. I don't know what he ordered, but I'd like the 2 for $2 spicy McChicken sandwiches." So my boyfriend pays, and we sit down at the table. I look at the receipt and it was a bit more than it should have been. I then see that the cashier rang up a completely different sandwich. The same one my boyfriend ordered. So I go back up to the counter, but before I made it to the cashier, an employee had brought the order to the table. My boyfriend points out that the order was wrong and I was up at the counter getting it straightened out. The employee leaves the incorrect order and my boyfriend joins me at the counter. I'm already explaining to the manager about the mix-up, and my boyfriend tries to hand the incorrect sandwich back. She refuses it, understandably. I get my 2 sandwiches, a $2 cash refund (we paid with a credit card) and we head back to the table. We realize that we never got the ketchup the employee delivering the food had promised, and we needed a fork and knife. So back to the counter my boyfriend goes. Kathy is at the register practically twiddling her thumbs, and my boyfriend asks if she could get the items. She gets visibly upset and rudely gives them to him. He comes back to sit down. All of a sudden, we hear commotion at the front. The cashier is now yelling at a customer. He starts yelling back and she stomps off towards the back and yells that she is done and she's not taking this anymore. Crazy. She's the one causing the problems. In the meantime, we overhead a girl tell her that she has an appointment for an interview, and Kathy tells her that she has to come back tomorrow. We speak to the girl later, and she was also talking about how rude she was to her. Terrible customer service. ☹️ Oh...the Spicy McChicken sandwiches were the saddest things I had ever seen. They each had about 3 lettuce...
Read moreThis McDonald's is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to ever they used to be okay like a normal McDonald's but they started hiring and firing people like crazy so no one got proper training or something. For some reason they really have changed for the worse. they even got busted for using expired mayonnaise! Amongst other things their food so horrible and disgusting that if Adolf Hitler were alive today he would deem far too cruel an inhumane for the Jews. they have tried my patience time and time again I've even asked for something as simple as a drink no one behind me in the Drive-Thru and they told me to pull around and they would bring it to me I've done this on multiple occasions just to prove to my friends and girlfriend. They've had this experience themselves. And no longer go there. there's a reason why In-N-Out Burger has a line a mile-long because they are better in every way especially quality. I used to love McDonald's . ..when I get a chance I will upload a video of this nonsense definitely will get pictures. their food tastes terrible they have a horrible reputation in this town. the only good thing I could say is there helping the communities health by not eating McDonald's because you guys are so terrible and no one wants to buy McDonald's from you . That poor old man is rolling in his grave having his name attached to your God awful service and food. I literally couldn't even give it to homeless people in the area they would complain of getting sick and that I was mean for even trying to give them McDonald's from that particular McDonald's on Stockton Hill. It's bad when homeless people won't even take your "fresh food". I will definitely get video of that as well. I can't even be mad at the employees because there is no way that many employees can have that level of incompetence it has to be coming from the higher-ups or the owner of the building or the managers. if you want McDonald's go across the street to the Walmart they have a passable...
Read moreLast night(5/12/21) around 12:30AM or so i went to this McDonald’s location on Stockton hill because it’s closer to my home. But I highly regret it now, because I stopped going there a while ago due to long wait times in the drive thru plus the food isn’t always fresh from this location. Now I’m sick and have been throwing up all day. I can’t hold anything down. I know I got food poisoning from this visit. The fries were what tasted the worst. My plain double cheese burger was good and actually hot but I know something was wrong with my food. The employee working the drive through had so much attitude. I’m sure he was mad because he was taking the the orders probably cooking them too. Because of COVID-19, many places are lacking staff that want to work and be at their jobs, so customers are suffering more than them. Then there was another employee that was just standing there wiping the same machines by the drive thru window. Maybe she wasn’t trained to cook or something but she sure wasn’t any help by standing there doing nothing to help her coworker, while us customers waited in the drive thru line for at least 15 minutes if not more. I DON’T RECOMMEND GOING THERE AT ALL. the other McDonald’s in Kingman is better with food freshness and customer service. But I’m scared to eat out anywhere now because the way employees acting when they’re busy and have no help. It doesn’t give them any excuse to mess with people’s food! I am a bartender/server, I know how it is but I try my best to give people a good experience no...
