Okay, first I phoned in an order to be ready at a particular time. The order taker only knew how to put the order in the computer for a regular order, ready in 20 or so minutes! I needed 45 minutes to get there but was calling ahead! She finally understood that I wanted my calzone for 7:15 pm but then when she took my order for Romano rolls, she said they would be ready in 20 minutes. I corrected her by telling her it was the same order and I’d like both items ready at 7:15 pm.
When I arrived to pick up my order, she said the total was $29.32. I gave her two $20 bills. She said I’ll be right back with your $1. I thought that was somewhat puzzling but waited for her to go get my rider and return with my change. She returned and counted out $10, one $5 bill and five $1 bill. I told her that $29.32 from $40 should return me $10.68 in change. Her answer…they (other person providing the transaction) don’t have change in the drawers. I couldn’t believe it and said so. An employee that was taking care of stock and another waitress came over and as I was explaining to them the matter of the incorrect change, the original employ had gone back to the kitchen one returned with two quarters ($.50) and was satisfied that she had taken care of resolving the issue.
I, however, am not and since I was only visiting the area feel happy that I won’t have to be subjected to this kind of service again but my friend who resides in Lake Havasu City that I was visiting and had taken me there to pick up my order said she would never go there either since that was the kind of employees that work there.
I did ask for the manager. Was told her name was Lisa but she was not there because she had stepped away about 30 minutes before...

We never got our salads, the entrees did not come at the same time, and when I did get mine the top of the fettuccini was set and cool while the bottom was hot. My husband was already over half done with his as we didnt want his going cold also. We were told because of the fact we didnt get the salads and my dinner was half cold, it would be removed from the bill. When we got the bill it was still $107.00!!! We tried to get the attention of the waitstaff, waited 20 min, and as my card was already billed and there was only 2 on the floor we finally left thinking we would call. The number on the receipt is no good! It's some number for a bar I've never heard of!
So diner beware! Our server was pleasant and much was not really on her. HOWEVER!, she did need help, and to pay more attention! And I admit, I should have waited more than 20 min to fix the problem, I guess. (20 min after a lousy meal seemed like forever 😕) Yelp and other media's well be hearing this...

I could get into specific, but apparently she thinks our hotel should provide us with silverware. I hope you hanging up on me paid off when I was asking legitimate questions. Never again! been coming to havasu for 30 years, every year I come back the service gets worse. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!
