Same location/space as the restaurant called Carnitas y Tortas Ahogadas Guadalajara 2 (day time). This place shares the kitchen, is available at night and is usually an outdoor food truck. $3.50 tacos that include pineapple pieces. $4.75 Birra taco is hefty!! Includes dip. It's a bit pricey but Vegas hasn't offered too many safe, decent places.
Sunday-Thursday 5pm-1am. Friday and Saturday 5pm-2am.
I prefer Carnitas y Tortas. The place isn't bad though, I'm just very very picky. I definitely will be coming back again though since it is the closest local evening taco joint. Maybe it'll be a different experience/taste next time.
They were nice enough to also offer grilled onions. Overall it was a bit dry, or off for me...it could be the tortilla? I've had pineapple salsa, to more in tacos but these weren't ripe. Decent and different style than their daytime kitchen mate business. Again, I'm just overly picky on tacos. This place is fantastic for most. And I'll still be...

The salsa is the perfect balance of heat and tang, giving that extra kick without overpowering the flavor. The toppings are all fresh and vibrant, with crunchy cilantro, crisp onions, and a squeeze of lime that brings everything together perfectly. The tortilla is warm, soft, and perfectly holds everything together without falling apart. It’s not just a taco it’s an experience you won’t forget. Simple ingredients, done right. A taco this good doesn’t need to be fancy, just full of flavor and made with care. Definitely...
Read moreI was really disappointed in my burrito that I got. It was $13. I did leave a three dollar tip because I thought I was gonna be getting one of their TikTok‘s ginormous burrito, but that was not the case. It was basically the smallest burrito that I ever gotten, and they literally barely put any meat in the burrito. It was just filled with rice and beans and a small scoop of Carne Asada. For that reason, I’m giving the food a one star because literally when you’re paying $13 for a burrito you’re expecting a 16 inch flour tortilla but literally it was a 12 inch flower tortilla filled with rice and beans and the smallest...
