Our server Sharon was fantastic. Great calamari and prime rib. We were there celebrating just renewing our vows. We were having a really great time until we supplied two $100 gift cards to apply on our bill. They were digital gift cards. When our server came back with our bill, we were instantly treated differently. It was so weird and odd feeling. They said one of our gift cards did not work and rather than double checking to make sure the number was correct, the just ran our credit card and told us that there’s nothing they can do about the card not working that it had a zero balance. I called the number for the gift card and there was $100 so we asked the manager, Mark Holley to rerun it. He was very annoyed and acted like we were going to run off without paying the remainder (even though he had ran it all on our credit card already) He was one of the rudest managers ever. I was in the serving industry myself for twenty years and I would have checked to make sure the number was correct, talked to the customer, and a simple apology like, sorry I’m not sure what’s going on with this card. Guess what?! When he reran the gift card it worked. He was back to our table in one to two minutes and told us it worked but he had to force it. Maybe he should have tried that to begin with. He was rude and should honestly retire if you can’t have a little patience to look into something a little further. He told me that he paid attention to our table and commented on my wine by telling me good choice on the sweet wine. I was drinking Merlot which of course is not sweet. It was generic customer service that sadly changed our experience . Our server was great the entire time, it was only the managers rude impatience that caused a change in the...

Went here 2 years ago with my wife and everything was amazing. Last week was not so amazing so that's why I'm giving 3 stars I'm averaging out both visits summed up in one review. Last week I ordered the same exact thing as last time, shrimp cocktail appetizer (last time was amazing, this time the shrimp seemed a little old and one piece looked like someone already sank their teeth in it) Callahan cut of prime rib and with my last name being Callahan why wouldn't I order it? 😂I'm It's the biggest cut on the menu ( ordered it medium rare both times. First time was big as advertised, was a perfect medium rare and delicious, last week the size was significantly smaller, the rib was a medium at best and pretty bland). And a pound of king crab legs (last time was big and meaty and worth every dollar, this time the legs were small, about the size of snow crab, and there's no way that was a pound). My wife ordered a New York strip medium last time and she loved every bit of it and was cooked perfectly (this time she ordered a filet medium and it came out with no pink in it, we sent it back, they cooked her a new steak and it was medium rare but the wife just dealt with it. We left disappointed and which was a bummer especially since we were looking forward to coming back for 2 years and second time was a big let down. Next time in Las Vegas we will more than likely try a new fine dining place for dinner. The review for first time would be 5 stars and last week would have been 1-2 stars so meeting at the middle at 3 stars for both visits. Whoever your chef was 2 years ago please bring...

We were a party of four (4) and made reservations earlier in the day with no problem. It was definitely fine dining. Tables and/or booths were comfortable, clean, and of high quality. We were seated by their large fish tank (floor to ceiling), which is very impressive. Menu selection was adequate for appetisers, soups/salads, entrees (sea food, beef, chicken, etc.), and deserts. They also had bar for a good variety of alcohol drinks.

We started off with the calamari appetiser (excellent!), then two of us had the lobster bisque and two had Cesar salads. For our entrees two of us had the prime rib and two had sea food (shrimp dishes) with asparagus as a side dish. To finish it off, the four of us share the molten chocolate cake desert with one having vanilla and the other with peanut butter ice cream. Coffee, expresso, tea, or after dinner drinks were offered. All of the food was prepared very well and the presentation was very appealing.

Our server was attentive and had a very pleasant personality (friendly, but not obtrusive). Food was delivered in a timely manner; however, we weren't rushed and was able to talk with each other, enjoying the evening. The Restaurant Manager and one of the Marketing Executives came by to see if we were enjoying our meal.

Overall we had a good meal and would have no problem going back again. Prices are as expected for this type of restaurant, a little high; however, you get what you pay for and felt that it was worth it. I gave it a 4 Star rating, which I would say it was a solid 4.5 (didn't have...

We kind of came here on a whim as we had reservations at another steakhouse but decided this place deserved a shot. It's a real pretty restaurant with most of the focus being on the gigantic aquarium in the center of it. It was serene watching the fish throughout our meal. We started with a pork belly and octopus appetizer, and it was pretty good. The pork belly was kinda cheap and just basically thick cut bacon, but the sauce for the belly was good. The octopus and it's sauce were the star of this dish. I'll mention the bread basket was just okay. One ciabatta roll, one brown roll and two everything type bagel crackers. It was fine. We split the Caesar salad and it was pretty good but not memorable. I like my Caesar funky and this was kinda tame. More of a personal preference I guess. For the main courses we shared a 10 ounce steak which I'd more call a prime rib, and it was tasty and we enjoyed it. We also got the wagyu burger and it was fine, but not worth the price tag. Overall I enjoyed the food, our server was extremely friendly and checked up on us a lot. We have quite a bit of steakhouses to get through in Vegas but I'll remember this meal fondly.

This was an absolutely wonderful dinner experience. Great atmosphere with a huge fish tank that you can stare at for hours with all the different fish. The customer service and waitress were outstanding! The food was excellent! I had the calamari for an appetizer (which was a huge serving) and the seasoning was so delicious and refreshing and not too oily. The fried vegetables with the calamari complemented each other wonderfully. I had the swordfish for dinner and it was nicely grilled while still flavorful and moist on the inside. The swordfish sat on top of some bean type of stew with sausage in it. The flavor from the small bits of sausage made the beans pop with flavor. It was a very unique but tasty combination with the swordfish. The fish and bean combination went wonderfully together and you could taste the flavor each ingredient added to each other. My friend had the soft shell crab. At the end we had ice cream and chocolate lava cake. All together, a great experience and it wasn’t too expensive. The chef did an outstanding job on presentation and flavor combinations. Probably one of the best and most relaxing dinners I’ve had in Las Vegas.

I didn't give this one star to the restaurant, I gave it to the chef. Why would I give the chef a bad review? First, there was sand in the scallops in my food. I know Las Vegas is located in the desert, but bringing sand into food for customers is unacceptable. I didn't say anything anyway, the taste of the food was okay. I gave up the scallops on the plate and ate the shrimp, because I am not a person who likes to make trouble. When I ate the last shrimp, I found that the whole shrimp thread was still on the shrimp meat. It was a whole shrimp. So I was in a very good mood to taste the food here at first, because this is a quality restaurant, but I am very disappointed with the chef or assistant of my restaurant. Such a restaurant actually has such irresponsible chefs, assistants or managers. Most of the people in Las Vegas are travelers, but this city makes many people linger. We come to Las Vegas once a year and stay for a week or more each time. It is a wrong idea for a restaurant to only deal with transient customers.
