What a hidden gem. Lovely little spot hidden amongst the craziness of Las Vegas. The value is so good here. You can get a very filling personal deep dish and a craft brewed root beer for less than $12 per person. We ended up tipping a bunch because the bill was so low it didn’t seem right. Our check with tax was about $25. Please skip the disgusting budget buffets and come here instead. This is clearly a place that puts a lot of love into their food and is never so busy that you don’t get outstanding service. We ended up eating here twice in three days because we seriously dreamt about the pizza one night. It was that good. My wife and I don’t really drink much so I can’t speak to the beer quality. The draft root beer was the best I’ve ever had. I wish I could order some to keep at home. It had wonderful notes of wintergreen and the slight bite that some sasparillas have. Not too sweet and a perfect compliment to the acidity of the sauce. I’ve never been to Chicago so I don’t know how this compares to authentic Chicago deep dish but compared to most other places I’ve been this was truly great. Buttery rich thick crust on the bottom with cheese, toppings and a thicker more robust sauce on top of everything. The sauce had the flavor that a slow cooked marinara would have that’s been simmering on the stove all day. I really like this style as it tastes very different from a neopolitan or New York style pizza where it’s all about the toppings. This is something you dig into with a fork. If you’re tired of the overpriced, crowded Las Vegas food scene, this is your joint. It’s not the absolute best I’ve ever had but is the best value...
Read moreNever even got to eat here. 7/20/25 about 6:30pm. Walked up to the sign that said wait to be seated. They weren't very busy. Waited awhile. One woman was doing things and men workers standing in the back talking and whatever. After awhile I seated myself at the bar top. Soon 3 young men walked up the stairs and stood at the wait to be seated sign. The woman working rushed over to them and gave them menus and seated them in the dining area. Not long it happened again with 2 more men that came into eat. I tried to politely get the attention of anyone working but they ignored me, I am a woman alone. A couple came in and sat at the bar top down from me. They also got ignored. The couple talked to a man that came out of the kitchen that had his pants sagging down to his legs, underwear showing, complete butt hanging out. He got sassy with the couple and went back into the kitchen. After almost 20 mintues total I just got up and left. Staying at the Four Queens Hotel I had looked at the website and was looking forward to eating at Chicago Brewing. I doubt I will come back. I didn't even go to Magnolias and I know they are good. I left and property completely and ate...
Read moreI'm being very generous here. It's our first time visiting Vegas and we picked this place because we heard good things. There were 9 of us out to dinner total, which is a big group I understand. It took 15 minutes before anyone even came over to take our order. After that, the gentleman who came out repeatedly informed us that he isn't supposed to even be taking orders, it's not his job. He continued to remind us of this as we placed our orders. We asked him to divide up the orders so all the couples could pay separately, he informed us they could not do that. We asked what the difference between dividing up the checks and eating at different tables was and his response was, "our system is just too slow". We asked again later to which another employee walking away through up hisnhands after leaving our table yelling, "this is f* unreal". After getting the bill, we were charged for a pizza we didn't even get and one member of our party didn't even have a meal because the manager taking our order never put it in. It was honestly a mess. The food was pretty good, but definitely not worth the hassle. There are so many better places...
