Hot N Juicy Crawfish — Restaurant in Las Vegas

Honestly, if you want to go to hot and juicy, pick the ones on spring mountain. This is a cash grab at best. The seafood was incredibly dry. The shrimp was over cooked and mushy. You take off the shell and it's falls a part under your hands. The sauce didn't even cover the shrimp. They had no flavor due to this. When we asked for more sauce they wanted to change 3.50 for a small, half cup of sauce. Which was like half an oz maybe? For a bag of shrimp? The server we had at first was nice but then they transfered us because they were leaving and no one was 100% sure who our next server was. There was a gentleman at first but them a lady came up and said she was the server. We were told that there is no manager on site from our original server but the new server told us that there are no managers, just team leads. Even with that being the case, he said they dont have any control of what the kitchen does. He further explained that the kitchen makes the choice and they just go off of that and if they say that's what the sauce should be, that's all there is to it. To me that seems very odd and like no one wants to take accountability. I've been to hot and juicy on spring mountain a bunch, I will stick to that one from now on. Not worth wasting money at this one.

Edit- I was contacted over a month ago by the owner apologizing and saying they would contact me if I filled out a form. I have yet to hear back. It is taking quite some time to hear on a manner that happened quite a while ago. Maybe they are backed up. Which I can understand however a month...

Me and my fiancé went on May 23, 2025 for my birthday. At first everything was going fine, I didn’t bother to tell the waitress about my birthday because I didn’t want to bother. We get to ordering, we ordered alcoholic drinks and so of course she asks for IDs to verify we’re of age. Doesn’t say nothing. Cool, doesn’t bother me. My issue here is that not even 15 minutes into us getting our food the waitress comes on over and asks us if we’re ready for dessert or boxes to go. (Mind you I’m literally shoving food into my mouth.) My fiancé says no, that we’re still eating but when we’re ready to go we’ll get some boxes. She apologizes, nods and walks away ONLY TO COME BACK WITH BOXES AND BAGS. When I tell you I felt disrespected, I felt disrespected. We were literally getting told to leave without her having to say anything. Not once did she refill our drinks. Another waitress refilled our cups as we were getting the money ready to pay and leave . Also Mind you, it was 15 minutes before 3pm when happy hour started so my thought process was she was probably trying to get us out before 3. This was my spot!!! Being a local and it’s close to home. Unfortunately today I had an horrible experience while trying to treat my niece. I always come for happy hour and sometimes I take it to go. Today I was taking it to go due to my health, I was approached by an Andrea with a rude demeanor. She was very loud and stated happy hour is for dine in ONLY which I’ve never heard before. Keep in mind I eat here at least once a week. She the. Gets very loud again and says I don’t who helped you before but we don’t do that. I didn’t want to argue and told her okay I’ll order at the bar which should be quick again I have my under age niece with me. She then says oh no ma’am the bar is only for fried food smh!! Which I never heard before. At this point I want to leave but my niece wants the food. We set down to order and the waitress Liz was clueless to the menu, we asked her the difference between frozen and live crawfish. She stated “Ain’t no difference but the price” I knew was false because they both were on the happy hour menu. At this point we just ordered so we can go!! I hate that I’ve been treated this way. When I’m spending my hard earned money. It’s a Tuesday and it’s not busy at all. Because I wasn’t dressed and was just winging it I feel they judged me.
