I was so disappointed tonight. Please read the whole post for my complete review. I've been to Rick's every time I have been in Vegas and tonightbwas my last trip. I always get the All You Can Eat BBQ that was $40'ish. It has increased to $50 and I totally understand and was willing to pay a fair price. I want to clarify that the menu says the AYCE includes everything on the meny. However, tonight's experience left a very sour taste in my mount. See the menu I posted a photo of and you'll see that the AYCE has additional charges for certain menu items. I came here from South Dakota to eat some beef ribs. I was told the AYCE would be $58 if I chose to get beef ribs. OK, I get it and agreed to the upcharge. Well the cashier stated that I would have to pay $8 per additional beef ribs bone and I'd have to pay $8 extra for each bone, no matter how many I ate. Mind you, most folks can only eat 1-2 of their beef ribs. Nevertheless, I'm not sure how you can have an AYCE item on your menu and handle it like this. Sooo, I ended up getting a 2 item combo. (Which also includes an $8 per bone upcharge for beef ribs.) I chose chopped and sliced brisket with the Cole slaw. The pickles were the star of tonight's visit. The chopped brisket had huge fat chunks in it. I get it, it's supposed to be juicy, but chunks of fat is no good. The sliced brisket was dry. I would bet that brisket was from yesterday at least. I rated this 3 stars because the folks there were understanding and the food was overall OK. My suggestion would be for them to take this AYCE Scam off the menu. It's not AYCE, if you have to pay extra for burnt ends, baby back ribs, beef ribs, sweet potatoes or regular potatoes. What a shame.

Let me start off by saying this place is amazing. There is a little difficulty with parking so be prepared for that. Especially if it is a busy day. So now what we didn't realize is that there are two areas to this place. there's an upstairs and a downstairs. The upstairs has a tavern and a bar and I'll get into that in just a moment. The downstairs is just a No-Frills order grab your food and they've got some seating wrapped around the windows. So upstairs is a small tavern with seating and outdoor seating. It was pretty full when we went in there. we went outside to figure out we wanted to do cuz it was no room inside. We decided to go back inside after a little bit to see if we could find a seat. And this is where I got really great. The bartender and I'm guessing she's the owner or some form of management. Quickly open the big door and grab this a whole new table and brought us a table in. Yes they made us a table to sit at inside. So I will tell you the pricing is a little bit high but the food is totally worth it. The meat was so juicy and full of flavor OMG. I wasn't too impressed with the macaroni and cheese because it was a little bit runny than I liked. but everything else was top-notch. Not to mention they even have a dumbwaiter that brings the food up and down. The bartender was phenomenal he was the sweetest guy ever. only thing I really did not like it is a fact that they were doing a fantasy football thing in the corner and it was just a little bit loud and too much for my liking. overall this place is amazing I definitely would recommend to go check it out.

While visiting Pawn Stars, we got hungry, and one of the staff said they had good BBQ next spot. It's owned by Rick, from PS as well. As we were walking over, we saw some people coming down the stairs. we asked how it was, and they couldn't rave about it enough it. They recommended the Hawaiian sliders and to talk to Megan. It's a great dive type bar. Square with a bar and Megan in the middle with a few tables around. They also have a little patio overlooking the street. It's a bare bone establishment, no frills. Menu is just some printed papers on a clipboard with bbq stains. This is all part of the charm, though. We did get an order of the sliders and nachos, with shredded cheese. You order at the bar, and then they will bring it to ya when ready. My wife got a local beer as well, that she said was really good. The place is really likely and seems to be more locals than visitors. Lots of hooting, laughing, and talking across the bar. Megan was the star of most of it. The food was good. We didn't get enough to really give the BBQ a try. but, what we got was tasty. They even have a number of sauces at the bar. You can get samples to try. Good country music is playing the whole time there. If you want intimate and quiet, this is probably not the place for you. If you're looking for some good food and a good time, this is a good apot.

WARNING. Came in after hearing great reviews and had one of the worst customer service experiences outside of one cook who had to fix everything. Came in with 2 coworkers and also met with 2 other fitness, 5 total. You are not served at this establishment, it’s almost school diner style. Grab your food at counter and checkout. Food was delicious but it better be after charging you $35-$40 a meal. But my biggest shock is after paying for 3 meals, my total came out to $157! Checked receipt and a 20% “group party” charge was added. Not advertised anywhere or told to us before charging. What a cheap money grab. I paid for 3 people, no service/waiter, one of the craziest restaurant charges I’ve ever seen. Having being in the food industry and knowing this is a cheap way to try and make more money, I disputed it. I guess if our other friends had just walked in 5 minutes later we wouldn’t have been charged the group rate. The best part it, the cashier just kept repeating “it’s apart of our policy”, decided to go upstairs and get a bartender to try and intimidate me. The bartender with a knife on his hip comes downstairs and starts repeating the same thing and when I ask to speak to a manger he points right in my face and said he will not call a manager sternly. Wow, wonderful experience. Thankfully a kitchen worker who also agreed it was BS took matters into his own hands and called the manager and got us a refund and free food. The kitchen worker is the only saving grace but I will never, ever, go back to this place and urge nobody to give them business. I’m not usually a review guy, but this was the craziest experience I’ve ever had at any...
