Believe it or not, this was my favorite place to visit in Leavenworth. Once we discovered this place, we went back multiple times a day, from getting coffee in the morning (and night) to getting chocolates and truffles.
Things to recommend: All the drinks named on the boards hanging on the back wall are the barista's favorite drinks - definitely chosen for a reason - I've had Jaylen's drink, Alex's drink, and one more that I can't remember but it had cinnamon in it. All were incredibly delicious. I don't even like coffee but the drinks were mixed really well so I got the coffee effect but didn't have to taste the coffee as much. So good! Hot or cold! Their cake pops sell out later so get them early when you can. I would recommend the red velvet and the raspberry one. Very moist on the inside and not too thickly coated in chocolate. Very good. Their chocolate truffles are spectacular!! I wish I tried more. The best I had was the Creme Brulee and that tasted exactly like a real creme brulee in chocolate form in one bite. Amazing!! The wall of goodies!!! From mugs to stickers to coasters to everything in between. So many little knicknacks to look at.
All the baristas I've interacted with were very nice and accommodating. They gave great recommendations were happy to change the drink to my liking....
Read moreWe walked in with our Dog. After waiting forever to get help and being ignored we where told to take our dog and leave. We where told by a store manager of nearby stores that dogs where allowed. They don’t want my dog and on top of that being ignored, they do not want my business. I came from Germany for a visit. I will tell people about my experience. Very unprofessional.
To the Reply to the Store owner.
First impression is a lasting impression. My GSD Puppy was very talkative and not aggressive. We did have him on a Prong Collar for training. We where allowed in other stores and Restaurants. No issues. As of your Barista it only takes a second to look up and say “ I will be right with you “. Rest assured we will enjoy Leavenworth. We just won’t return to your place. No need for another reply. We take our business elsewhere. Have a great day. PS: I recommend a “ No Dog allowed sign “at your door. This is Leavenworth based after a German Country. Most places allow...
Read moreI visited this café in the late afternoon with my out-of-state relatives, hoping for a good experience. Unfortunately, we were met with disappointment. The girl at the counter had a noticeable attitude and lacked knowledge about the menu, specifically what goes into their coffee. We placed our order and waited patiently for about 30 minutes. When we asked about our drinks, the barista pointed to a counter where they had been sitting, already cold. No one had informed us when they were ready, and the staff had no explanation for why we weren’t notified.
The café was not busy, with only our group and two other customers present, so there was no excuse for this oversight. When I asked for the names of the staff involved, they refused to provide them. If this place is going to hire teenagers, they should at least ensure proper training and basic customer service skills. Very...
