Seems like anymore it comes with the territory that nobody is into customer service. Been a customer there now for years but so many changes and with the pandemic it is the quality of workers that you're going to get. When in order to Pizza nobody else in the store but apparently the phone orders were massive because it took 15 minutes before they ever started to make my pizza as I stood there and watch them make pizza after Pizza. And customer service myself so I got that good help is hard to find but communication with the customer that standing there and the fact that they took my order without saying anything about having four five other pizzas ahead of it sure makes you wonder. All it would have taken is an extra sentence to say it'll be 10 or 15 minutes because I have orders in front of you but to no avail nobody said anything and I had to ask well when is mine going to be made I've been standing here now for 14 minutes. Maybe some more training would be good or explaining these things that a lot of us take for granted that they will communicate instead of us trying to wonder when our number comes up. The pizza was okay but nothing to rave about makes a difference whether it's made with care or not and you can't change the quality of the ingredients. When I order the "create your own" side garden salad, I order it with lettuce, cheese and olives on the side. Tonight, I was charged $2 additional dollars for putting the olives on the side. WHAT?! Once I realize that Kaitlin charged me extra for something that comes included in the price of the salad, I go back inside and tell her to take off the $2. She is really arguing with me about the extra charge. Refuses to give me my $2 back until I go back out to my car and give her the zip lock bag of olives, so she can give me half the amount in the bag. At this point I'm furious. All of this over some damn olives? Stop trying to upcharge me. I'm not a child, I'm not a tourist and I'm not a sucker, who's going to pay more for the same amount of food. Look Kaitlin, you're going to continue getting paid minimum wage; regardless if you add on extra money to people's bills or not. Read moreI placed an online order for a large Hawaiian pizza and I would pay when I picked it up. When I got there, I swiped my payment card and the machine said approved. When I went to grab my pizza, the girl said it didn’t go through on their end. I then checked my account and it said it went through for $22. I showed them proof of purchase. The girl called the manager on duty up to the counter. I don’t know her name but she was extremely rude and told me it was declined and that they’re not going to give me a free pizza. That I need to pay for it! I told her I did and showed her. She proceeded to tell me it was declined and I can’t have my pizza until I pay. I asked for the owners name and contact info. The original girl made a phone call and I was given a number for a girl named Allison. I ended up leaving without my pizza and I am out $22!!!! I tried calling the lady Allison and left her a voicemail. I will NEVER go back to their establishment again. That says a lot considering Lincoln City is my hometown of almost 47 years.
