WOW - this place is the best. we stopped in today for the first time for my birthday after being at the beach. it’s so cute inside, i love the vibes and the selection of products they have. all of their sandwiches sounded amazing so we asked the guy behind the counter for recommendations. he was really kind and friendly and helpful - i wish i had gotten his name - and we ended up ordering 3 sandwiches to share and a chocolate chip cookie as a birthday treat! it wasn’t until we got back to the car that we noticed they threw in an extra cookie (a cornbread cookie - it slapped!) and a CROOKIE!!! (a croissant with a chocolate chip cookie in the middle AND on top) they even wrote happy birthday on the bag. it was so sweet and unexpected and made my birthday feel extra special. thank you anna’s! i love you and we will definitely be back

Really great little shop and I cannot believe there are no pictures or anything already posted so people can see what is all about! Good selection of stuff inside from wine & beer to regular pantry stuff. They also have some oddball Asian snacks. The deli is filled with really great food and pastries made fresh. Sandwiches, salads. I even got some extra potato salad to go. & the employee, Bree was so down to earth and so friendly. My wife and I stopped in for the first time while staying out for our anniversary and she was super friendly and had such great suggestions on stuff to do locally. Really wish there was a place like this where we're from. Stop in!

Tried Anna’s Joint in Long Beach for the first time and it absolutely delivered. We ordered the #2 Steak Sandwich and the #9 Mortadella & Prosciutto with Burrata — both were phenomenal. The flavors were balanced, the ingredients top-notch, and everything tasted super fresh.

Pro tip: Get your sandwich on the French bread. We tried sourdough too, but the French elevated the whole experience — crispy outside, soft inside, and perfect for holding all that deliciousness together.
