Learn moreIf there was a zero start rating that's what I would rate this establishment. Never have I felt so mistreated in my life. This will be a long review so bare with me as I walk you through step by step. First, the hostess tell us the wait will be 10- 15 minutes wait. It was more like 20 minutes. Then I noticed that there was room in the bar so I told him we would just sit over there. Our server was very polite and got out order right away. Our drinks were wrong so we had them correct it. Then our food came. They over cooked my quesadilla, how does that happen?? It's a quesadilla. It was hard and stale. So my friend told a server that was walking by of there was something she can do because my food was not right. Even though she was not our server she took the time to change my order. Which was very nice of her. The only thing, was that by the time the food was ready everyone was done eating. I felt rushed to eat and I just couldn't eat at this point. We decided to leave and it took for ever to find our server we even asked the hostess for our check. When we saw our server we asked for the check. She walked to the computer and she didn't give it to us. She went to a couple two tables from us and took there order then she went to three more tables after that. At this point we decided to use the restroom while one stayed to flag her down. The restrooms were a disaster, paper everywhere. There was no toilet seat covers, water on the floor but, most importantly there was no hand soap. So how do the servers wash there hands if there's no soap?? So as we we out our friend comes in and says our server is no where to be found. I guess she forgot about us. She said she was going to look for the manager. We walked outside and waited for her to deal with the check. When the server runs outside yelling HELLO, YOU FORGOT TO PAY YOUR BILL!!! WEREN'T YOU GOING TO PAY???!!! I replied to her and told her we have been waiting for you to show up and now you come yelling at us and assume we were not going to pay?? My friend is inside shes going to pay. So she rushes inside. We go back in and she yelled at her, EXCUSE ME I HAVE YOU BILL HERE!!!! My friend said, ok took you long enough and went across the room and she paid for the bill. She was so rude and we did not deserve to be treated that way. Everyone was looking at us it was not right to talk to us that way. I hope her demeanor changes and that she doesn't have people wait for the bill. Over half and hour, really?? Really bad experience, I don't see myself going back to...

Customer service was slow, our food was terrible, and the server charged us an unauthorized tip.
My wife, daughter, and I hesitantly decided to eat here after a long day at the Aquarium of the Pacific. I say hesitantly because I saw the poor reviews and ratings but thought "it's a chain... how bad can it be?". It was the closest option. I was wrong for expecting a different experience.
Customer service seemed overwhelmed and stretched thin. They'll show up at your table infrequently and you'll still have to wait awhile once flagging them down. If you need an extra plate, napkins, add-on to your order, etc. be ready to tack on time to your dining experience.
Food was underwhelming. We got a Santa Fe burger and a Smokehouse combo plate with ribs. The burger patty was burnt on both sides and the ribs were overcooked and dry. Good luck flagging a server down to discuss your concerns with and be prepared to wait. We waited and eventually decided to eat whatever we could and just move on. It had been a long day and we were with our tired one year old.
Despite the experience thus far we still decided to give a standard 15% tip. After the server brought the tablet over I handed her my credit card and she asked me "are we adding an 18% or 20 % tip?". I told her I would only like to do 15% at which point she said "how much?!?". I again repeated 15%... she scoffed, swiped my card, handed it back and walked off. Feeling as though something was off I flagged her down, waited, and asked for a receipt. After more waiting she finally brought it and walked off as soon as she handed it to me. She charged an 18% tip! So shady! We decided to leave and not waste even more time to address this with management. Seems like others were unhappy with their service also. This place seems like a tourist trap that doesn't care about service or quality as their customers are likely one time diners who are in the area for travel.

My friend and I went to eat here last Saturday (July 29th) and had an absolutely terrible experience. It took 40 minutes to get a table for two, which is understandable since it was packed. When we finally get a booth, it takes 30 minutes for our orders to get taken. Our waiter was also the bartender and he seemed highly stressed and overwhelmed. After another 30 minutes, he stopped by to inform us that their POS system malfunctioned and he had to re-take our order on paper. He also let us know that the manager would be comping our meal today. That was the only good thing from this experience. I'm the only person at the booth with drinks and our waiter assures me that he would bring me a refill, which never comes. At this point, my friend still hasn't received his drinks. Finally, after waiting almost two hours, we get our food and his drinks.
The food is absolutely terrible. I ordered the triple dipper. My friend ordered the crispy crispers. Both were bland, cold, and the cherry on top was that I found a HAIR in one of my sliders. Not to mention they also made a mistake in my order. (I asked for boneless buffalo chicken and received the bland and dry chicken tenders) I immediately asked to talk to a manager. The manager came over, and she was holding the receipt that showed our meal would be free, as if that mattered at this point. I showed her the hair that I found in my burger, still on my finger, and she took it from me. She seemed completely unphased and wasn't apologetic or remorseful. After finding the hair we just left, still hungry and completely dissatisfied. We wasted almost two hours here for nothing.
