The customer service is top tier but I the food was nasty. I am not sure what was stale maybe the mayo but it taste horrible, a total waste of my money. I am a HUGE fan of their #9 (Italian Night Club) sandwich, add hot peppers is a must. This location is fast, friendly, and if you brave through the current construction taking place on Broadway, you won’t be disappointed. A few JJ insider tips: if you don’t want all your ingredients to “smush” out when you take a bite, as for the “extra bread scooped out” option when ordering. Tried this place when I was randomly in Long Beach. The sandwich was alright. Bread is really good, quality of the turkey wasn't top notch but was decent. I really like they offer sprouts as an option as well. The sandwich w/o anything was incredibly bland. I had them add vinaigrette dressing and mustard and after that it was pretty decent.
