Body Energy Club: Hollywood @ Hollywood & Vine — Restaurant in Los Angeles

So, I’ve been counting up my smoothie purchases, excited to get to my 10th smoothie to get it FREE. I was just here two days ago and told I was on my 9th purchase, only one more to go. Came today, and now all of a sudden, it’s 12 purchases to get one for free. I was told this after waiting in line for 15 minutes. Also, I received a coupon on my birthday for a free smoothie, and when I came in to redeem it, the cashier seemed so confused, and had to grab two other workers, all confused like they had never seen an offer like that and no idea how to honor the coupon, like I made it up or something. It came to my email from your company. Completely unprofessional and felt very racially biased. Today I attempted to use a 50% off coupon, after I was told I can’t have the FREE one I rightfully earned, and again, the cashier was supper confused and had to go get someone. Do they not train the cashiers on how to use coupons, or that customers will receive marketing from the company? Why are they always so confused when I attempt to redeem an offer THEY sent me?! This is a one of a kind store for supplement needs and advice. I’m new to working out and I came here looking for advice on things I should take to help with muscle recovery and I can’t believe how friendly and knowledgeable the staff is!

First-The location is right off Hollywood Blvd next to The Pie Hole. It’s an extremely clean store and we’ll maintained and we’ll stocked. It can be a little overwhelming at first but the moment a staff member jumps in to help they make the whole process incredible easy and understanding!

Second-The store and products are remarkable! Everything is well labeled and in correct spots and the staff is just amazing. I can’t express more how much they helped me with picking a product for what I need and how to use the products. I grabbed a vegan protein first and it’s been working wonders! Went back today to get an intra boost that I tried from the free samples they gave me and it’s wonderful.
