This little place might have the best kaftas in the entire Los Angeles/Hollywood area! You can’t go wrong with any choice here - it's all authentic. The chicken is often sold out but the beef and lamb are just as delicious! Usually I never eat lamb because I don’t like the flavor but when the chicken and beef kaftas here were so good, it inspired me to try them all and I haven’t been disappointed yet! All of the kaftas are perfectly tender and juicy on the inside while nice and crisp on the outside. The hummus and garlic sauces are impeccable – more than worth buying an extra to take home with you! Skewer is hands down the best kabob spot in town! I had both the lamb and beef kabobs, and they were beyond delicious—perfectly seasoned, tender, and juicy. The lamb was flavorful, and the beef was cooked to perfection, with each bite packed with incredible taste.
