I WAS CHARGED FOR FOOD I NEVER ATE!!!!! I dined in and was given the wrong item two times consecutively. Given that item could not be consumed(due to restrictions mentioned to them beforehand), I requested a refund. I was refused a refund by the said owner named "КТ". They basically kept my money for an item not consumed/consumable for me given it was THEIR mistake. They evidently do NOT care about customer allergens or dietary restrictions!
Edit* your response is distasteful, like your food. Watch the video again. Your employee was asked what the toppings(to re-confirm) were and he did not know because he was new. I tried the soup when I realized what I did not ask for was on it - your cashier confirmed it so she took the soup back. Why else would she take the soup back to be made again if the order was “correct”? After that, the SAME soup was brought out again with the same topping. Read moreThis is a hidden gem in the financial district of DTLA! The food is very authentic and great tasting, very clean location, and their to-go packaging is always very organized and thoughtful.
Have had many dishes from here and have been amazed by them all. Their spring rolls are always fresh and perfect tasting with the dipping sauces, the shaken beef is prepared in a very authentic way and is tender and delicious (they even give you the salt and pepper with lime to dip your meat in!), their sandwiches are always tasty and filling, and their pho is perfectly seasoned -- not too salty and the beef is a high quality cut.
It can be such a good desert in DTLA, but this place stands out and always has tasty food and drink options....

I accidentally ran into this place today, and what a cute set up they've created. Not only was my VEGAN pho freshly prepared, its legitimately authentic! They also have an array of exotic drinks to choose from.
I highly recommend this place located below ground in the Arco building (now City National Plaza), located across from Central Library in DTLA). However, you better hurry, they're hours of operation are 10am- 4pm M-F, and closed sat and sun.
Let me not forget to say, the guy at the register was super friendly and welcoming, and the hard working staff prepared my pho fairly quickly considering it's freshly made 🌱 :)
