I recently had some free time and decided to stop by Dre’s Café, as I’ve been really into strawberry matcha lattes lately. The café looks brand new—spacious, bright, and very clean, which made it feel welcoming right away. Their menu is quite impressive, offering everything from classic coffee drinks to matcha, smoothies, and freshly pressed juices. For food, they serve a variety of healthy options such as breakfast plates, bagels, and sandwiches, making it perfect for a morning visit or a relaxed brunch. There are also desserts available, so it’s a nice spot for a quick afternoon break as well. Since I went on a weekday, it was very quiet and not crowded at all, which allowed me to enjoy the atmosphere at a leisurely pace. Read moreHot new DTLA cafe! Make your way to Dre's Cafe. It's an adorable, clean, and comfortable environment with absolutely delicious and health focused food and drink. The staff are all incredibly lovely - there was not a person that walked in without a "hello" from staff right away.

The salmon itself was tender and fresh, and it was loaded! I also grabbed a mini chocolate zucchini bundt cake with sea salt on top ($5) that I'm saving for a sweet treat later today.
The menu consists of espresso drinks, so many creative matchas, cream foam toppers, loose leaf teas, spritzers, smoothies and freshly squeezed juices. For food they have bagel sandwiches (either full or half options), salads, acai bowls, sandwiches, classic and creative breakfast options, and a delicious...

The café has a cozy, modern vibe — very clean and nicely updated, making it a great spot to relax or catch up with friends. The service was top-notch. The cook, Q, personally came out and introduced himself, which made the experience feel even more welcoming. Shoutout to the baristas Alexis and Frankie — they were super friendly, helpful, and made us feel right at home.
We’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for great food, drinks, and genuine...
