The slices here are HUGE and that’s the only thing this place has going for it…

The pizza is… sub par to put it mildly.

They top it off with this nasty extra mozzarella which I personally am not a fan of.

Please don’t base your idea on what NY pizza is on this place.

The ingredients seem… not so fresh…

The staff seemed rude and oddly pushy at first, but they did warm up a bit after we looked disappointed and angry about how we just spent 40 dollars on 3 slices of barely tolerable pizza.

My friend was paying and he ordered 2 slices for himself, one slice for me and a coke. The cashier charged him $27.00 and I thought to myself “that’s a lot of money for 3 slices!”

Well it turned out there was a miscommunication, they thought we were paying separately and so when the cashier turned to me and said “that’ll be $11.50!” I was beyond outraged.

$11.50 PER SLICE??? IS THIS PIZZA TOPPED WITH GOLD NUGGETS???

THE WHOLE POINT OF JUMBO SLICES OF PIZZA IS THAT ITS A GOOD DEAL!

For 40 bucks I could have delivered really two medium pizzas from somewhere I like!

Then I realized this place is on Hollywood boulevard and designed to rip off tourists.

My friend just moved here and I’m ashamed I lead him astray.

I’ve gotten pizza here many times after a night of drinking. Very New York style from the food to the attitude! Today I ordered a Gyro Sandwich it was excellent however I placed my order for pick up because I was working and had very little time for my break. It’s during pride parade so I expected it to be a long wait. The app said 30-45min then it stopped updating. I got busy at work so I called before I walked over. No one answered but it had been 90min so I assumed it was done. When I arrived they told me they had no order and said I could cancel. I said no I’m hungry and on a short times break so if someone could walk it down to me when it’s ready that would be great. I showed him my receipt then he confirmed the ticket laying on the counter. Realizing his mistake asked his employee make it. 10min of my 30min break now wasted! I asked for sauce on the side and he wanted to hassle me and charge me. Seriously I said you should be offering me something complementary and apologize for not having my order ready! I ended up buying a drink next store because I didn’t want to give them anymore...

From a glance it looked attractive - they are making pizzas in front of you. The pizza itself is no better than you can find in any other mass pizza place. But this might be better experience if not the service at this place. The person who was taking orders messed it up completely. Apparently our order was forgotten or so and was provided after twice longer time as compared to the promised 20 min. Probably might take even longer if I did not remind them. When the order was provided, a half of than was wrong. When one of our kinds wanted to go to a restroom, the person pointed to the restroom location behind. The doors were locked, and we were thinking there was someone inside. After 5 min of waiting I went back to the guy asking if a key was required. He said "yes, I will open that for you". What was he thinking about when we asked about restroom first time? 3 failures in one simple pizza order is more than enough. Waste of...
