Useless staff and bay quality Stay away from this place, after 19 years buying from here I am not going back, since last year the cakes have rotten fruits, and the quality is getting worse as time passes as today no only the cakes but also the staff is far from what it used to be, the bakers are simple rookies, and the lady upfront doesn’t even know how to wrap a cake, she damage my cake and all she can do is laugh and say I’m solly, this is the worst experience and never be back at this place.

We went to pick up the cake we ordered on time and they were still working on it. That wasn’t really an issue at first, but after receiving the cake 30 mins later the top layers of the cale started sliding. By the time we reached our home the cake had fallen apart. We were very careful when transporting the cake. And the inside of the cake was really mushy. This was a waste of $178.

Grab two slices of cake yesterday and a mocha roll, and quite literally the red velvet cake had mold growing from the cream. We of course didn’t check the other cake for but the red velvet slice and the mocha roll where expired gave out a foul order and mold in the cake. Most definitely do not recommend to come here at all

I moved to Koreatown recently from Boston, MA.. The best iced coffee I have found so far. It is also reasonably priced. I must admit I was attracted by the name New York Bakery. It does remind me a bit of Veneiro's in the East Village. Nice, clean, welcoming atmosphere and a very hospitable woman helped me. The pastries look delicious and artistic. It was hard to decide, but the jelly roll and mocha roll were tasty and also inexpensive. My apartment is in the neighborhood so I plan to be a regular. They also open at 6:30 am for...

LOVE NY BAKERY! WHEN I BRING THEIR CAKES TO PARTIES/GATHERINGS, EVERYONE LOVES THEM AND ASKS WHERE I GOT IT FROM. THEY WERE OPEN THANKSGIVING and XMAS TOO! They SAVED ME! STAFF IS WONDERFUL! AND THEY PROVIDE A UTENSIL FOR SLICING/SERVING PLUS CANDLES!!! A DETAIL THAT NO OTHER BAKERY DOES FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS! My fave is the fruit filled cake and the fruit tart . One day they ran out of my faves and tried the Mocha cake and it was also finger...
