Ive ordered from here dozens of times! Great serving amount with anything you order. I've relied on them countless times with their great hours. I've been able to pickup from here with very fast service without issue. But some of my feedback aligns with what Ive also been reading here in the 2 year timeframe which is guacamole is heavy on the onions. The onions are often roughly chopped as well so there's a lot of crunch where its a mouth full of onion where you feel like The actual Grinch lol. I'm going to blame my other feedback on covid times. I'm assuming they've lost some great cooks in the last 2 years. Because the last dozen of meals I've had here have ended in really not so fun bathroom trips. All my chicken enchiladas arrive pink pink pink. And they're doused in sauce and whatnot that it covers the pink if you dont look closely. Thought it was a dozen time fluke and since its the same ingredients in their Zarape bowl I was still having the same bodily response after. This place has been my first meal of the day sometimes thats how much I enjoyed them and still have a negative response after so its not something else Im eating thats causing it. But I hope the business sees this and takes this seriously! Please take care of this because undercooked meat is serious and is just a waste of materials and food. At times especially at night the ladies cook and prepared it lacking essential ingredients, or clips being old, or just done sloopy.
This is not like when i first knew this place.. The horchata was actually freshly made from actual rice and not powder, fresh salsa and chips was always given, open 24hrs, anythin the custumer asked was met anythin relating to the menu, you needed more : oinions, tomatoes, cilantro,etc
It was abt keeping the client happy and satisfied. Not about givin small patches and chargin for more... For drink yeah but for simple things that are a custume to real traditional foods.... Hell no...

Once I got there the lady was nice and helping me as I’ve never been there but once I got my burrito it was horrible . My potatoes were rock solid . They were so hard I couldn’t even bite into it like they weren’t cooked at all ! I was frustrated but I still was polite when I told her , they just remade my burrito after that without the potatoes . Then I ordered another one to- go & I don’t know if the cooks were mad that I brought back the first burrito since they were just starting at me giving me mean looks but once I got home to eat it it was another horrible burrito the meat was just pure fat .
