Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Maryland

Poorly ran location and untrustworthy Management. They've been misleading my niece for an entire month after making her a job offer. First, on the day she went in for an interview (10am on a weekday), there was no one else in the restaurant at the time but yet she was still made to wait in the corner for 30 WHOLE minutes before the Manager Tamiya stopped whatever she was doing in the back and decided to acknowledge an interviewee. That should've been the first major red flag. Then Tamiya was extremely rude and didn't want to be bothered via phone when my niece followed up on the interview assignment after her interview. She was very unorganized, failed to send over the new hire documents like she was supposed to, ducked and dodged my nieces calls and didn't at all seem interested in filling the position she literally just offered her. Now here it is an entire month later, my niece hasn't been contacted to fill out not one new hire form, she has no work schedule, literally zero contact from this store. What a disgusting and disgraceful experience to put our youth through. Tamiya, you had a responsiblity to be a leader and keep your word. You should be completely and utterly ashamed of yourself. My family and I will no longer give our business to this unprofessional...

On a consistent basis, this location messes up orders and is extremely rude to customers. Ms. Jasmine V., says she’s the store manager, will respond with a condescending tone. Every interaction I’ve had as far with a messed up order, she belittles you in person and on the phone. Today’s latest example, August 13, 2021 at 4:30pm, Ms. Jasmine V. Mixed up 2 people’s orders and corrected me with a condescending attitude that my name is Sabrina. My name is Adrian. She than placed 2 item that were not the correct pick, even though they’re different prices, and once again corrected me by saying, “That’s what YOU ordered”. Showed Ms. Jasmine V. My actual receipt/order, I was yet again corrected by her with, “You didn’t say your name was Adrian”. Fun fact! when I was greeted as I entered the establishment, I replied back to the workers with, “I have a pick up for Adrian”. If you’re ordering from this store, save yourself the heart ache and order from the Elkridge store. It’s a little bit further but, the management there is must more helpful and RESPECTFUL. They will actually help you and correct their wrongs with dignity...

I want to give a HUGE shoutout to the amazing team at Jersey Mike’s—Zahire, Hobbs, Obi, Emani, and Mikka. We walked into the store at 8:55 PM, right as they were preparing to close, in the middle of a downpour. We honestly thought we were too late to place an order, but instead of turning us away, they welcomed us with smiles and incredible energy.

Despite the late hour and the storm outside, every single one of them went above and beyond to take care of us. Their positive attitudes, professionalism, and genuine kindness turned what could’ve been a rushed or awkward experience into something truly memorable. The customer service was top-tier, and they didn’t just serve us food—they served it with respect, patience, and heart.
