Taco Bell — Restaurant in Maumee

The night staff is RUDE. I don’t think I’ve ever encountered more rude people in food service. I doordash and REFUSE to pick any orders up from this store after 2 separate instances. The first, I came inside, saw everyone was working and waited instead of interrupting. I was the only customer in the store. After about 15 minutes (making eye contact with about 6 different people who were screwing around) what I assume is a manager asked if I had been helped. A tall black gentleman (who i’ve encountered several times and none have been pleasant) made my order and when he was finished proceeded to play with the sticker roll (to seal bags) for about 5 minutes, put 30 stickers on it (we’ve had previous interactions so I know this was intentional) and then slid the bag to me across the entire length of the counter.

My 2nd encounter I was forced to wait for an order in a makeshift “waiting area” which is really just waiting outside in the outdoor entrance when the lobby is closed. No one acknowledged me and when they finally did, a short girl with dark hair and big lashes handed me the drinks and said “Here is X’s order”. I simply said “Oh okay they had food too though” she got pissy as hell and said “Yeah they’re working on it” then proceeded to shut their pick up window and scream about me to her coworkers.

We had three people in our party and went through the drive thru. The wait was insanity. When I pulled up to the speaker, it took (literally) 10 minutes for them to be available to take my order. My time at the window was my fastest because I paid right away, then was asked to pull around to the door and wait for my food. Which took another 10 minutes. This was the same for every car in front of me (and probably behind me as well.)

My total time at the drive thru? 42 minutes. Total cost for 3 people? $45

This is not fast food. This is not inexpensive food. Everything that made Taco Bell appealing since it's inception, is past. The answer to a tough economy isn't in becoming like every other fast food restaurant by adding fries and nuggets. The answer was, is, and will be in doing the different and doing it better.

It's time Taco Bell went back to thinking...

Highly dissatisfied! I Purchased a #4 Mexican pizza with two Supreme tacos and root beer. I Watched the window passer full the drinks and his hands were touch our pop foam. He passed us our drinks with a quarter of it missing anf with pop residue all on the cup. I rather not have sticky hands or cup slide out my hand..I asked him could he remake them, him and another employee argued with me..He finally remade them with less pop residue on the cup and full. He also watched his hand this time from touching the foam, So I know he knew he touched it the first time. As for my food I wanted a sub loco taco for the two Supremes taco that came with..Thinking I would get two loco Supremes ..I got to regular loco tacos..And my Mexican pizza was prepared terrible... I'll give it another go a couple...
