Kelly's Roast Beef — Restaurant in Medford

This place used to be really good but it seems like the staff had doesn't really care about the Kelly's brand the roast beef is often super soaked with blood it's almost Robin disgusting at the mouth of fries they give you weighs about a half an hour. I think they count them out by hand and probably give you about 10 french fries for order even when you get a large the onion ring is it that but again they only give you about for onion rings I'm not really sure who's in charge of their product management but for the price that they charge they should at least give you a few more onion rings I don't think that's asking too much the quality of food here is really gone downhill nothing compares to the original location on Revere Beach which I still highly recommend this method location is probably one of the worst the staff is not knowledgeable about the menu and it seems like they will hire any high school kid that has a pulse this has nothing to do with high school kids are those without a pulse I just wish that a local institution would really stick to their own standards that they've established that continues to bring people there but it's embarrassing to take friends from out of town to this location because it's so awful and disgusting and does not truly represent the Kelly's restaurant that I and everybody I know have grown up with my suggestion for the owners would be to the increase the amount of fries and onion rings that you would giving with each male I don't think it's too much to ask I would also recommend that you increase the amount of ketchup packets that you give to catch a package is not enough for the 10 french fries that you provide I don't think this is asking too much especially at $15 a male I think you can afford to give a few...

So if you are old enough and local enough to remember Kelly's on the beach (when it was ONLY on the beach), then you remember how legendary the food was. All of it. And then somewhere along the way they "expanded". Which ultimately meant they acquired some fancy new locations at the cost of the food quality going down the toilet. It was a huge hit. And just as I've gotten to a point in my life where I learned to settle for the very few items on the menu that weren't offensively terrible... They seemingly took another huge dive. The prices went up, they somehow found EVEN WORSE quality food suppliers, and as usual the employees are pretty useless. The burgers were like shoe leather. The clam chowder was basically like microwaved milk. And they changed the fries!?! Like are you kidding me??? It was their last staple. The fries and tartar sauce. GONE. Switched for some cheap ass budget fries used by every less than mediocre sub shop in the area. That was one hell of a bad business decision LOL. Well I can tell you FOR SURE this was the last time my family will settle for Kelly's. And assuming the original owners of the Revere Beach LEGENDARY Kelly's sold it into franchise hell. The legacy is completely dead now. No pulse. Never coming back....

twice i tried this place was not really impressed WAYYY overpriced for what you get and such a small limited menu that is VERY expensive for jusr basically stuff i can find just about anywhere( except here they have even LESS of a full menu its like half of one) why do they even bother bringing the food to your table? its only a few things that will last 10-15 mins MAX and anything else you want is NOT included all extra i question if they even offer the " free refills" on the soda they claim to give you cuz last time i was there i was going to ask but the line was SO long i didnt bother plus i dont think they would let me so i left all of that SO LITTLE food for over 14$ and service was nothing special either sure it was quick fast semi friendly but i feel as if they want you to just pay eat up and get out as fast as you can its a little rushed in thereonce you pay and get your food. although its fairly clean and restrooms are ok a little confusing inside but you get the idea not worth it skip there are plenty of other options nearby and even though im not really a fan 5 Guys at least they are right around the corner and have 5X more menu options wont be back i hope the Revere Beach location is not the same as...
