Very dissatisfied now agian and I've been a loyal customer for years. Love the food but the ordering is hit or miss if you'll even get it placed. Sad to see a great spot go this direction honestly.
I called early in the evening and was told orders could be accepted until midnight.
Called back no answer at 9-10pm. Seems to be par for the course this is the second time calls go unanswered or they take the phone off the hook, I presume they are busy, which is great but please kindly pick up the phone for your regular customers or to verify an online order while your open for business.
I ordered online and waited 1.5hrs and no show! No answer on the phone. Super disappointed was craving some of your food. I also feel that if you accept an order online or over the phone you should pick up the phone while your currently open to speak with the customer if need be.
Alma, you've disappointed me twice now yet have always been great before this. We're left without dinner tonight and out the money on this order. More of a disappointment than anything.

Also, if I didn’t ask for several minutes after, I wouldn’t even be served either guacamole, sour cream or pico de gallo, all part of their nacho recipe. They were less than apologetic. No attention, no care.
They’ve crossed the line of bare minimum, now one of the worse Mexican restaurants I’ve ever been to, based on my...
Read moreThe place is small... the host is friendly. The California Burrito and Chorizo con Huevo burrito were banging. I was born and raised with authentic Mexican...and this was ok.The Azada and Chicken tacos were dry... not great and over priced. You have to pay for water there. Horchata was ok... this was the first time we've been to an establishment where we were the only customers there and were told they wouldn't change the channel on the TV because the cooks were watching it lol. I mean I get it... Mexican restaurant... soccer on TV. I'm Mexican... but... paying customers can't change the channel because the cooks (who brw paid ZERO attention...yes I observed) were watching the TV. Yeah.... I would go back for a burrito...but that's...
