My review below was for the Lincoln Street coffee shop. But apparently, when you review one of their chains, they put the review for all of their chains. I went to the Washington Street coffee shop today and the staff is not nearly half as good as the Lincoln Street. Staff at Washington Street has no idea what the products are that they carry if they have alternative milks that are unsweetened or sweetened. The woman that took my order was extremely rude. Didn't want to be bothered answering any questions, nor did she even know the information to answer any questions. Yet she works there. The Cortada was still one of the better ones I'd received anywhere in the city so far by the beach
Wow, I finally found a great coffee shop near the beach. The flavor of my Cornado is spot on delicious. I tried four different coffee shops before I found this amazing one. Presentation was decent and the flavor was amazing. The barista friendliness average to subpar, but my great cup of coffee made up for that. Ultimately what we want in a coffee shop is an amazing coffee. It's nice to have a fancy workspace and it's nice to have friendly amazing staff but in the end what I really want is the best espresso I can get. This place threw me for a loop because when I saw it online, it didn't have the greatest ratings. And the signs I saw in the background of the photos made it look kind of like a fast food place so it turned me off. I'm glad I tried it out anyways my fourth try Lol I'll be back tomorrow. Definitely great espresso and Cortas here. One other sidenote, they also had the correct size cup for my Cortado. The other coffee shops I had visited did not. For me that's a sign right off the bat they don't know what...
Read moreOh my gooosshhhhhh I can’t begin to express how much I love Cortadito. When I first came to Miami last year I was in desperate need for some coffee. I’ve always heard of how amazing Cuban coffee is. I’m from southern California and though we have some great coffee shops, I wanted to experience something different. After some yelp searches I found Cortadito and fell in love with all of the pictures. Even better, it was a block away from my hotel. The from of the place is a beautiful green. I walked in and awesome music is place, the welcomes were lovely. Their lunch menu is incredible. The sandwich options are delicious. And, the coffee option are to drool for. I had never heard of a lot of them and the staff was more than happy to explain to me what they are. I ended up getting a cortadido, which is a Cuban espresso with hot milk (almond milk for me). Oohhh I got exactly what I asked for. I was in love and became addicted 😂 during my stay I came 2 more times, one of those times a brought someone with me and she loved it. I’m here in Miami again and I’m so thankful because I’m able to come back here. I’m currently have a Cuban sandwich and a cafe bon bon. On top of all of that, the service is incredible 🥹 the staff is immaculate, patient for indecisive people like me. Please please give this place a try if you’re looking for a lunch and coffee. Before I forget, their breakfast is freaking...
Read moreIf heaven served coffee, it would taste like this.
I’ve traveled far and wide, sipped espresso in Italy, and live in the PNW where coffee is life — but nothing, and I mean nothing, compares to the cortadito I had at this little Cuban coffee oasis in Miami.
Run by the unstoppable trio of Kelly, Yuli, and Mayu, this place is not just a coffee shop — it’s a vibe, a feeling, a movement. The second you walk in, you’re hit with the rich aroma of freshly pulled Cuban espresso and flaky pastelitos that make your knees buckle. But it’s the warmth, the banter, the pure joy that these three bring to the counter that makes you wonder: Am I in Miami, or did I accidentally walk into a magical alternate dimension where the coffee is perfect and everyone’s soul is fed?
Their cortadito is a creamy, velvety miracle — just the right balance of strength and sweetness, topped with that signature Cuban espuma that makes you close your eyes after the first sip and whisper, “Oh my God.” The pastries? Flaky, buttery, and completely unfair to every other pastry that’s ever existed.
Do yourself a favor: run, don’t walk. Cancel your plans. Book a flight if you have to. Kelly, Yuli, and Mayu aren’t just making coffee — they’re creating moments. And this little Cuban shop? It’s serving liquid poetry in a cup.
Five stars aren’t enough. Ten wouldn’t do it justice. Just go. Your soul (and taste buds)...
