Worst experience ever. I used to be a regular costumer at the store. My last delivery order, April 10th, took an hour and a half to arrive. This is what happened: I ordered at 6:50 PM and tipped more than 20% because everyone is having a rough time and I appreciate people that are working and risking their health. 7:09 PM I received a text message that the driver was on the way. Expected arrival 7:17 PM 7:30 PM the tracker shows the driver way passed my home. I called the store and get put on hold. 10 minutes passed and my husband calls, they answered him, I'm still on hold. He explains what we see on the tracker to the lady on the phone around 7:40 PM and she says to him that the drivers switched routs and our pizza is being delivered by someone else and that if our pizza isn't there in 5 minutes to call back. 10 minutes after, no pizza yet. He calls back and the same lady answers, she laughs because somehow the poor customer service she's providing is hilarious and says to my husband that the pizza is at the store. My husband speaks with the manager, the manager says that the pizza will be sent at that moment, the pizza is supposedly at the store and that Domino's online tracker technology is deceiving. We see on the pizza tracker that the driver is heading back to the store, as soon as the driver arrived to the store the tracker shows "delivered." 10 minutes later we receive cold pizza in a broken box and missing part of my order. 8:10 PM I called back to explained how we received the order and how disappointed I was because of everything that happened. The manager doesn't even apologize, she says that I was credited back, but still got charged... even the tip... I no longer...
Read moreI will gladly pay double the price and order from the neighboring pizza place and wait double the time and be provided half the food knowing that I will have the satisfaction that I won’t be encountering this unfrossional cesspool of dominos employees ever again. I know and encounter so many people that would love and need a job and will take their job very serious and would run laps around these clowns. When I encounter the staff here, I am reminded that anyone can get a job but most don’t take their job serious. Having their employees actually held accountable will ensure that the quality of staff is actually kept and held to a high standard. The drivers always have emergency’s and is as if they are ambulance drivers at the same time with all the emergencies I’ve been told they encounter while delivering their cold food. Or that they don’t want to get wet, or no manager present to refund my food after they cancel it and not let me know, or my favorite one, NO ONE working there at 6pm midweek while my orders sais it’s being prepared by the lousy mobile app they have which is always glitchy. I’m never one to leave a review but I felt compelled to express the lack of leadership and professionalism this place has. If you want to see first hand what it’s like to have the ball dropoed in every possible angle while encountering the worst possible people, I plead you to give them a shot. You won’t be...

I have given them multiple chances after fumbling my orders, thinking that maybe I had just an unlucky night and I'm always willing to give second or even third chances from joints like this.
One time I ordered a two (2) toppings pizza and only got one. On a different occasion they forgot to give me the garlic dipping sauce.
My last visit I arrived to the store after having ordered online 30 minutes prior. The pizza tracker on the app said that they had taken my order but never had gotten to actually begin making it. I entered the store assuming that there was just a mistake on the app side, just to find out, that they took the order yet never got to actually make it.
When the manager came out, she was nonchalant and standoffish, and offered no excuses or apologies. Just that I could either wait for the pizza to begin being made or I could cancel it.
I would understand if they were in the middle of a rush and my order got lost in the chaos, but what added insult to injury was that when I walked to the store there were no orders being made at the time.
They truly are very unprofessional, staff seems to have little training—if any—, and the manager needs to learn how to resort to improving the experience of customers for the mistakes her store does.
Better order from the location in South...
