Lost Weekend — Restaurant in Miami Beach

Having been in here on more than one occasion, it was the actions and attitude of the female staff member (Weds 10/07) who clearly is incompetent that ruined the experience, and therefore I would neither return nor recommend. I ordered food, like i had before, but on previous occasions it was delivered just fine. On this occasion, she didn't ask for a name, table number, location, nothing. As this was the case on previous occasions, and i received my food successfully i did not think anything of it. I waited atleast 45mins from ordering as i did not want to be a nuisance before enquiring as to the whereabouts of my order. When i did aak, itbwas found on the food pass, cold. When i refused to accept it and asked for it (chix strips and fries) to be reheated as a bare minimum this was when i was accused of being at fault. My server approached me, accused me of being at fault, (said i should have asked) when i said i was unaware i was told i was at fault for not asking!?! Im sorry, that's not my job. Its not explicitly explained on the menu, you did not explain, why is it my responsibility? Her attitude is foul. Her response is to call security. For her incompetence is laughable! I left, disgusted. Especially as i am in the hospitality sector, but more so as i own my own business and i would be disgusted if my staff acted this way! Avoid! Until staff are held accountable for their lazy, rude attitude. I wont return during my time here. Staff are lazy, disrespectful, rude, stupid, arrogant.

No staff can pour a pint without wasting the equivalent of a pint (is it incompetence, bad lines, bad glasses, warm cellars)? To pour a pint u literally lose the same amount Terrible Terrible...

BE WARY! This is a college bar, but for some reason, someone in their mid 40s charged all their drinks to my boyfriend and I’s pool table. What’s weird is that another stranger around his age went around offering “free” beer in plastic cups via pitcher. The female bartender was told personally by my boyfriend that we were here just for pool and no drinks at all — she said ok. Come to find out, as we were checking out, she didn’t verify with my boyfriend that these drinks were ordered by literal strangers and not him himself. Make it a thing to have your bartenders verify orders with the person who’s actually renting out the pool table. No excuse to NOT verify when yall take his photo ID and credit card to rent the table. I don’t care if you want more business, all I know is the restaurant industry and work in it myself. Do better. We have yet to get our refund back; we were charged Wednesday night and it’s Saturday. It was $12 for a table (a specific table; all the other ones are coin tables $2/game). Ain’t no reason to be charged almost $50 at the end of our night over something that could’ve been...

This place has come from good to worse I have been frequenting the place for years and as last night I will not go anymore, i was there with some family out of town I spent over $200 on drinks but also i paid for Pool table and I also paid for playing music and when they where closing despide the fact that kill your idol was still playing music and they were still people around Rogelio the bar man took my half full beer and cancel my still going on game for which i paid for. There where a couple of occasions where I had to clean the table and pick up the glasses because no one did it, when I went to the manager with the long braids to tell him what happened his answers to me was it was time to close and the money I paid was not for him but for the bussness that he couldnt wait for me to finish my drinks or my game .. simply and clearly managers don’t care and your money to then is Worthless because that money is not for them but for the business waoooo what great answer i hope the owners can see who they have...
