Okay, this place LOOKS amazing. But, the food quality and prices are another thing. I went on 2 different days, and got opinions from others who have also been and sat next to me. Stay away from Michy’s Chicken Shack. The chicken sandwich is bland with no flavor. The cheap bun was falling apart, and there was a weird mystery sauce on it that had no flavor. The chicken batter was also cooked till it appeared dark and almost black. A friend got the fried chicken on a separate trip, and said the same thing! $22 for 5 pieces of chicken that were subpar. Michy’s chicken sandwich can’t even beat a basic Chic-fila sandwich and it’s nearly triple the price! A customer next to me, who knew about the chef of the restaurant, was also very disappointed and we had the same sandwich.
I tried the sushi spot Nori-Temaki on the third floor and paid $26 for 4 small rolls, but they gave me 5 and the flavor was pretty good. However, the woman told me to go to a table. She just brought the sushi with no chop sticks, napkins, or wasabi.
My wife tried the Indian Street food spot Achar Street Kitchen, and said there was no flavor to anything on the plate even the chicken. I also tasted the chicken and I can confirm her opinion.
The bubble ice cream cone spot has a great dessert and the ice cream was very creamy and delicious. It’s located in the back on the first floor.
I was going to try the fried rice at SANKUAY, but when I was about to pay $18 for the shrimp fried rice, the guy told me my total was $23! I told him it’s $18 on the menu and he told me they already raised the price by $5 in less than a week! I said no thanks and headed for something else. They also serve steak and vegetables in a brown sauce with white rice that looks good. But the women next to me who ate it said it was really bad. That meal cost $22 so beware.
I was going to order a Wagu Burger until I saw the guy handling and building the burgers with his bare hands while I was in line! Everyone else had on gloves, except the guy touching the food before it goes to the customers! I left and looked for a cleaner option.
Some customers actually told me the dumpling spot is really good, but I haven’t tried it yet. But the prices are a bit high for just dumplings at that location. $17 for six small dumplings.
Please note that everything at this spot will cost $14 (except for desserts) or more which is very strange. 2 small street tacos will cost $15, and it’s $5 just to add cheese to them. Burgers start at $14, and to add fries is $5 minimum separately with no combo option. Chicken Sandwiches start at $14 with sides separate. Hot dog $18. It’s like all the locations are pricing everything together so one location won’t get more customers with a $7 burger or something. Everything seems overpriced, and the quality of the food doesn’t justify it. Definitely got more value at Shake Shack in Brickell yesterday for a...

Walking into Julia & Henry's you definitely can feel overwhelmed by the amount of options. The interior is beautiful, although each vendor has their own unique style- they are all cohesive.
The first options are sweets, which gets you thinking of what you'll have at the end of your experience. You also have La Latina which are arepas.
We visited each floor and explored all the options, again it's a little overwhelming. I definitely recommend visiting their website to get an idea of all of the options. It's extremely easy to order ahead and pick up. You can also order Takeaway.
I decided on the Wagyu burger from June. Located on the second floor, left when exiting the elevator.
It took about seven minutes, they have your order waiting for you and it was delicious. Le Parisienne $15 Onion confit, gruyere melt, thyme aioli The meat was cooked perfectly. It was just a little pink, which is perfect.
We also ordered a few different bruschetta from CICCHETTI on the first floor We got Bologna Mortadella, burrata, artichokes, pistachio Capri Stracciatella cheese, confit tomatoes, arugula, basil pesto Verona Robiola cheese, salami, figs jam, black pepper
They were fresh. The flavors were really good and complimented one another. Great as a drive by snack if you work or live near by.
My friend Mel ordered from Rozu on the second floor which is a poke bowl place. She built her own — sushi and spring mix with double tuna, pickled onion, edamame, carrots, cucumber, avocado, scallions, sesame seeds and ponzu sauce
It was crisp and fresh. It didn't taste fishy, which is a big deal.
My friend, Ingrid, got a drink from La Época. We can't remember the name but it had Pineapple marino Cherry. It was a unique taste
She also got Babaganoush (Eggplants, garlic, tahini, olive oil and lemon) from MENSCH
We ended lunch with a treat. As we waited for the elevator we tried a baklava from baklava bakery, which was yummy! Went down got a treat and ice cream from YANN COUVREUR on the first floor.
Sundae Isatis (GF) Vanilla ice cream, blue vanilla caramel, caramelized pecans powder
The Sundae was okay. The ice cream is a little icy but the flavors were good.
Definitely will be returning. I want to be able to try...
Read moreMiami is no stranger to the burgeoning food hall scene, and among its many offerings, Julia’s & Henry’s has emerged as a standout destination for food lovers. Having explored numerous food halls, my anticipation was high, and I'm thrilled to say that this place did not disappoint in delivering a fun, vibrant atmosphere paired with a culinary experience to remember.
The diversity of eateries within Julia’s & Henry’s is immediately noticeable, each with its unique flair and menu offerings. The food we sampled from multiple stalls was consistently delicious, showcasing a range of flavors and dishes that were a feast for the senses. Whether you're craving something savory or sweet, you're likely to find something here that satisfies.
Service throughout Julia’s & Henry’s was commendable. The bar staff, in particular, deserves a shoutout for their attentiveness and skill, crafting delightful drinks that perfectly complemented our meals. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a priority here, with everyone from the servers to the chefs contributing to a welcoming and efficient dining environment.
The space itself is another highlight, combining modern aesthetics with a comfortable ambiance that encourages guests to linger and enjoy. Its popularity is no secret; the place was packed during our visit, adding to the lively atmosphere that makes Julia’s & Henry’s such a magnetic spot.
However, in the spirit of an honest review, I must note a slight drawback. While the variety of eateries is impressive, I found the menus to be somewhat repetitive, with many stalls offering similar dishes. This left me craving more diversity in the culinary options available.
Despite this minor critique, Julia’s & Henry’s remains a must-visit destination in Miami for anyone who appreciates the dynamic and communal experience of food halls. It’s a place where the joy of discovering new tastes meets the pleasure of enjoying good company in a lively setting. All in all, it's a commendable addition to Miami’s culinary landscape, and I look forward to seeing how it evolves to offer even more variety...
