Smh!!! I ordered 2 burgers, 1 with bacon... when I get my order, both burgers were labeled the same so I asked the guy, which one is the bacon one.. his answer: "I don't know I didn't pack it"... I was like Wow!.. you know what never mind, we'll figure it out then I pulled forward so I didn't interrupt the drive thru flow, we checked the burgers and realized there was no bacon, so I went back in line, got to the window and told them... hey, there's no bacon, could you please get me the right burger? So the girl who took the order got to the window to tell me: "She put bacon" and I said we just checked them, do you want me to open the burgers again? And I actually did but she proceeded to say.. "I saw her adding the bacon" ... and I said, so where did it go? They just needed to make the sandwich right, apologize and no big deal.. but no, they were so defensive, took 0 accountability and while she was still telling me about how wrong I was someone just threw half a stripe of bacon in a plastic container and pushed it to me.. I actually thought it was empty so I asked.. Whats this? And suddenly I see the little piece of bacon, I was speechless 🙊 y said.. Are you guys serious? And I decided to just go. I called the store right away to speak with the manager, of course they did not pickup the van, they could see me outside and they knew I was the one calling. Such a terrible...
Read moreUsed some coupons and was patient with the order taker that was having a hard time, get to the window and the order taker says they’re out of the free chocolate chip cookies that I had a coupon for and I was totally understanding then she offered a different kind which I was fine with too, then the manager butts in and says that I really shouldn’t be able to use the coupon and used the term can’t give away the farm because he’s already given so much with the other coupons. I was totally nice about it but didn’t like how he made me feel like i was in the wrong for using coupons and being patient. He gave me the cookie anyway saying that he will give it to me because it won’t break the bank even though I said I was fine without it as if he was doing me some sort of favor. Didn’t like the way he approached that especially with someone being so patient. Also when i got home my fries were disgusting and cold probably because they knew I had a coupon and decided to give me the old ones that have been sitting there. Being a person who works in customer service knows that he didn’t have to treat me like that. I can understand if I was being rude and demanding but I wasn’t. This incident has forced me to not ever go there again. The line every time I’ve gone here is forever long and long wait. I guess they don’t like...
Read moreBeen more than a year since a review was posted about this Wendy's and figured I should write one. We moved close to this one about 6 months ago and have gone to this roughly 5 times. First couple of times were great. Every time we have went has been on the weekends at night. Then the past two times in the past month have been so horrible we will not return. First bad experience they couldnt process my card cause none of their machines were working ( which happens ) and when we came back with cash, got our food and 2 of our 3 meals were barely cooked. Then to give them a fair chance to redeem their formal glory with us, we went tonight and again, their machines werent working to process a payment and when we came back with cash and got our meals, all but our son's kids meal tasted old and inedible. Given, it is fast food, but should at least be edible. And the employees the past couple times just seem to not care. Might just be an isolated experience, but just a fair warning to...
