Craft is the first floor bar/restaurant in the new Trade Hotel in downtown Milwaukee. It's a beautiful space in the Deer District, offering incredible food and a large selection of beer, wine, and cocktails. First and foremost, our server Shahira was AMAZING! She was very attentive, constantly checking in with us to make sure we had everything we wanted. Our drinks and food came out quickly and always with a smile. We started with the giant pretzel and meat and cheese board. Delicious and perfect for sharing with our table of 6. I had the Shaved Brussel Sprout and Kale salad as my entree, and it was hands down the best salad I've ever had in a restaurant. The large pieces of crispy prosciutto were very flavorful and a welcome (not to mention long overdue) change to the typical croutons. These and the generous sized shaved cheeses were the perfect compliment to the craisins and vinaigrette dressing, creating a refreshing salty-sweet balance. The portion was sizeable and could have easily been shared (although I took my leftovers home and enjoyed them the next day without the greens being soggy at all). Craft is absolutely a winning experience and perfect for date night or groups. Worth going back again and again.

First time at the Trade Hotel, and the Craft restaurant. The hotel is very nice. It's part of the Fiserv sports/entertainment complex. The lobby is large, and well appointed. Lots of windows with natural light all around (western and southern exposure). Sat at the bar, and got served by the bartender/barista. Order a Chai Latte and a Chocolate Chip Scone. The Latte was made with the Rishi Masala concentrate and was expertly made with extra foam and cinnamon. The Scone was fresh and warm. It could have been a bit more crumbly (like a traditional scone), but that's a small criticism. Overall, an excellent spot to get either a breakfast or a hot beverage and baked item.

Good was amazing and the atmosphere was great. The customer service was rude . I was rushed to pay before I even done eating. Then the waitress tells me no rush. Like really can finish my food before you rush me out. I always leave a tip that was just very rude. Only wanted a quick lunch. Normally I make my own food. It’s was a wonderful sandwich ruined by the waiters attitude. Hope you all hire better.

This was honestly a really disappointing experience for me and my fiancé. I got him Bucks vs Heat tickets for Valentine’s Day on February 13th and we wanted to try something new (and celebrate an early Valentine’s Day), so we thought we would try Craft. I was immediately confused upon walking in. The environment seemed much classier and fancier than I was expecting after looking at the menu online. The host was in a full suit, yet there are burgers and grilled cheese sandwiches on the menu. Like is this fine dining or a loud bar? Steny’s on game day is quieter and more organized than this place. Just a little confusing.

We sat down and didn’t hear from anyone for about 10-15 minutes. Then who I thought was our server came over to our table and literally all she said was “Drinks?” We order and she walked away. Then another server came by and greeted us and took our order. We rarely saw her all night and my fiancé had to flag her down and handed her his card before even seeing the bill (also, our bill was $85 for a fried chicken sandwich, a chipotle chicken grilled cheese, and 2 drinks……)

I have worked in the service industry for many years and know how difficult and exhausting it can be and I am extremely understanding and patient in the majority of situations. With that being said, this was an absolutely terrible experience for us. Compared to other bars/restaurants in the area where we dine frequently before games or with friends, this was no where near as good of food, service, and overall atmosphere. And why so expensive? I understand you’re right next to the Fiserv but if you’re going to charge that much for bar food, you should at least make the experience better to make up for it.

Like I said, I rarely leave bad reviews because I understand what service industry workers go through, but this was just a really bad experience all around. I am super...

I recently had the most amazing experience at The Trade Hotel and I just had to share it with you all! From the moment I walked into the lobby, I was blown away by the grandeur and elegance of this place. The suites are incredibly spacious and beautifully decorated, with not one, but two luxurious bathrooms, a cozy living room, a fully stocked bar, and even a microwave for convenience. And let's not forget about the large bathroom with a soaking tub that was just perfect for unwinding after a long day.

But the true highlight of my stay was dining at The Craft, the hotel's restaurant. While we did have a bit of a rough start with a less-than-pleasant server, the management team, led by Jovan and Cande, quickly stepped in to rectify the situation. They provided impeccable service and went above and beyond to ensure that we had a wonderful dining experience. The food was absolutely delicious and the ambiance was just perfect.

Overall, The Trade Hotel has become my go-to place whenever I'm in town. The combination of luxurious accommodations, top-notch service, and delicious dining options make it a truly exceptional destination. I can't recommend this hotel enough – you simply have to experience it...
