The 1 star that i had to give the owners and operators of the restaurant should consider themselves as fortunate enough to even get that. It was my first visit to this restaurant and I have been to Indian restaurants ranging from 1 star Michelin to some great Indian buffets but this restaurant was highly highly disappointing not only for an Indian but to any foodie across the board.
Get your act together MR OWNER of the restaurant. You are humiliating LORD Ganesha after whom you have named the restaurant by serving low quality, cold and sub par food to...
Read moreThe smells outside the restaurant Are amazing. The curry....perfect. The speed with which the water made it to my table....lightening fast
I can say....nothing else positive
I was at the restaurant on Sunday last....at 1245 The sign out front indicates Buffet 12 to 3
Upon entering I see a large number of people are just waiting for take out No dine in but myself 15 min wait to be seated Which seemed odd Again, the smells I endured the wait Water ...fast Then an eternity. (20 25 minutes) Passes before I'm approached Finally a drink order Meal order I'm now in the restaurant with 4 to 6 other people 35 minutes Later Their eating I'm don't with my drink almost
I ordered the chops 28.00
The curry....was excellent The rice From two days ago Reheated and dry The chops....3 of them Could all fit in the palm of my hand Bones and all They were so overcooked that I remember thinking This tastes like Jerky.
I ate enough to satisfy my hunger
Drank the rest of my beer. Paid and left
I under tipped on purpose And hand wrote on the receipt
The chops were grossly over cooked
I don't send meals back I just never go back
The service was well below par Disinterested clearly in being at work and as slow as it was That seemed to be an easy gig for Sunday midday
This location deserves a better run restaurant I can't help but think at least some people must be getting good service and great food
I didn't And you have all the money I will ever spend...
Read moreI walked past this restaurant for a couple years on the way to business meetings, this past Thursday I was hungry and had my wife along with me, so decided to drop in for a drink and an app. We get seated at a booth and place is absolutely dead, there were only two other people in the entire restaurant. So my wife and I sit down, and we wait, and wait, and wait... 15 minutes go by without even a water being brought, a "hey how is your day going", or anything. All the while the waiter is talking with a coworker at the bar, walking around, etc. After 20 minutes passes and being seemingly forgotten about, my wife and I got up and left without even being spoken to.
I've eaten in restaurants all over the world, from the east to the west coast in the US and to Argentina, Brasil, Uruguay, Germany, England, Mexico, Honduras, and so many other countries around the world, and I have NEVER in my life had that horrible of service. I was not only disappointed, but I was angry that my wife and I were treated so poorly. I will never ever set foot in this establishment again, and will be telling anyone who asks about it to stay away as well. The sad part about it, is that I love Indian cuisine and was really looking for a new spot, but this won't be it.
To any manager or owner who may read this, you may want to train your employees what the words "customer" and "service" mean, because I have no idea how you stay in business treating customers the way you...
