Ok. It's Subway and not rocket science but wow...not a great experience. As many have stated there is no accessable entrance for handicapped. I'm not so my review will focus on the service, food and restraunt itself. Service was abysmal. Really. Zero acknowledgement when I approached the counter. Gave my order. She asked the minimal questions (to make the sandwich) but she made my meatball sub (foot long) with very little care. Plop went all the meatballs to one side. Ok. Had it toasted. Guy checking me out did not talk to me once (outside of the total). Asked her what I had. I told him I wanted the meal deal. Told me the price. I swiped my card and that was it. Zero upsell, zero thank you. What got me was he made zero effort to at least slide the sandwich to me. I had to reach (pretty far actually) over the counter and almost knocked over some signage.
Food tasted fine but they must keep the meatballs on boil because I seriously could not eat it, let alone pick it up. Yes I had it toasted but at other Subways I'm able to eat it without sustaining 3rd degree burns to my mouth lol.
Inside appeared to be clean. Not busy (2pm on a Thursday). I would guess the workers were not native born and English is not thier first language. Ok, I'm fine with that. But lack of personality, interaction or just not acting like me placing an order really put you out for the day is what warrents the 2 stars. Lack of good customer service is not a "cultural" thing. And yes, they did speak broken English just fine with each other so it's not really a language...
Read moreThis location is usually cool. However lately it has been insanely slow paced & unprofessional. I ordered online and it took 2 hours to arrive and I live a block away. (Ordered for my pregnant fiancé) and I tried to cancel the order so I could just pick it up because the wait was so long. It says in the subway app to call the location for cancellation. When I called I was told I could not cancel because it was an online order. My food arrived and was cold and missing meats.I called 2 times and no one answered. Went in and was almost not given a refund. And the sandwich artist served three people before me and toasted my sandwich before the rest of theirs so it was cold and the crust was burnt and he got mad because I wanted it toasted again… I worked for subway for many years when I was younger I love them but this was just awful. The guy was emotional and I don’t think any of this was intentional I seriously think that the person that was working in there did not have a single clue what they were doing. Read moreVisited Friday May 3rd 2019, Garth Brooks playing at the US Bank Stadium. All restaurants in the area were a 2 hour wait. So we settled on this Subway location. It was under staffed considering the demand for food in the area. The lineup was out the door and we stood in line for 40 minutes. We were one of the last few couples before the buns ran out and folks had to settle on flatbreads. Usually when staff is stressed in these situations, they start getting ignorant and rude to customers....Not this crew of three, the held it all together and still greeted all customers with a smile and pleasant attitude.
