This is my second time giving this subway location a second chance the first time I went up the employees closed an hour early and wouldn’t open the door for anybody and just sat there the second time I ordered through the app so I’ll be sure that I got my food when I went to pick up my food it had stuff on my sandwich that I specifically asked not to have on it. I even made sure that I removed it from the sandwich on the app and also put it in the notes, when I went to pick up the sandwich, I saw that it had what I had on it and then told the person that I did ask for it not to have sauce they then decided to try and lecture me about the type of sandwich I ordered even though I’ve been getting the same sandwich for years now and as I explain to her, I know what I got and I did ask for it to have no sauce on it and then the whole time I was there she kept looking at me in a condescending tone, and kept repeatedly trying to tell me that the sauce was basically on there, justifiable because that’s the way the sandwich is made, however this is the same sandwich I’ve been getting for years and I know for a fact that I’m able to remove stuff off of it all in all, every single time I been there. The employees are just rude and act like they hate their job and on top of that because she had to remake my sandwich they didn’t have the bread I want it for my sandwich and then told me they don’t have it because they’re about to close even though...
Read moreWe went on to get 2 salads but the establishment left a new guy that been on the job for two days there alone to work. We waited 25 minutes in line to order. It was only two people ahead of me. There was hardly any food in the bends to make the salad and they were out of most all ingredients. The rest was frozen in the pans and looked really old. The guy finally got to us and went to find more ingredients in the cooler too make our salads. They didn't even have any dressings of any kind the salads. The counters were filthy and the guy tried cutting the meat for the salads on paper only to cut the paper and we had bits of paper still attached to our meats in the salad. Being new he didn't know how to ring up the salads. Know one called or came to help him out but he never said a negative word no matter how bad the stores circumstances was. The salad didn't taste good and it was mostly just lettuce and spinach. This was the second subway we went to that night, the first one one tarts Blvd on Jonesboro had no bowls to make salads so I had to drive around to find another one only to get disappointed with bad service and food because they're was no one to help the only guy that had heart to stay. I did an online order and had it delivered and all three footlongs were not made as they should’ve. I called in the first time a guy picked up the phone I explained and he didn’t say anything back and kept actin as if he couldn’t hear: I called back a 2-3 times they didn’t pick up the fourth time a female answer I’m explaining again to her we did an online order they subway not door dash but either way the sandwiches where incorrect she put the phone down without saying hold on or anything and went to yelling and talking to the other workers about how they never messed up any orders and just talking trash the whole time nd then me nd my daughter sat and listened to them laughing and she comes and hang up the phone without saying anything so I called back to back until the store closed and still didn’t get an answer or our food corrected.
