Subway — Restaurant in Murfreesboro

I ordered online at 8:45pm because it said they closed at 10. I paid on the app as well. I get there and they are CLOSED. Their phone number is disconnected and subway does not have any way to contact customer support on the phone. I try to limit my outings due to Covid but it looks like I will be having to go to Walmart to get a refund for food I never received because they decided to close early one day. This picture is my spicy Italian on Italian herb and cheese. As you can see not much herb and cheese and was not fully baked. Still looked partially raw after being toasted. I was going to try the new Chipotle cheese steak but was advised they were out of steak. Then I was advised that they were out of lettuce so spinach it was which was fine but I like both on my sammich but the spinach was very wilted. Overall not impressed with this location. With another Subway less than a mile away I'll be going to that one...
