So I don't think I need to be chastised like I'm a little 3-year-old by the drive-thru worker. I came and placed a big order online through the app it gave me a time window to show up that which I did. The lady at the window told me that I was there too early for my order at which point I explained to her the app said I could come at this time and that's what time it is she told me that I needed to come in later to give them time to make the drinks and ask if I could pull around which I did. I sat there for over 25 minutes waiting for my order. Mind you this is 15-20 minutes past the order window as I watched car after car come through the drive-thru and watched person after person go in the store and get their drinks and come back out. She proceeds to bring me out my stuff looks very irritated at me and handed it to my window and every single one of my drinks was melted it was like milk inside the cups because I had waited so long. So I had to bring them back for the people that I had got them for and we had all put them in the freezer just so that we could make them so they weren't so runny and before you say anything I did not have time after waiting close to 30 plus minutes to bring my order back and have them sit there and remake every single one of them. I had to go cuz I had the order for other people. This is not the first time that this has happened to me but this is definitely the worst time and this happened on Saturday 9/29/25, I just haven't had the time to leave the review. Now I have no problem going into other coffee shops as there are at least two different companies that are in the same vicinity of this one or I more than happy to go spend my money at a different Starbucks but I will not be treated like a 3-year-old because they were put out because they had to make so many drinks in one order. Read moreWe pulled into the drive-thru with only one car at the window ahead of us. After about a 5 minute wait, we were up next. We sat there for 17 minutes total without any acknowledgement. During this time, we watched customers slowly stroll into the Store and be served before us but not enough customers to form a line at any point...in other words they were not busy. THEN the guy making the drinks knocked what appeared to be our drinks on the ground. As he bent over to pick up the cups, he scratched his exposed rear, and then proceeded to use the SAME cups to remake the drinks he had just dumped on the floor. True story. THEN, yes, another THEN the drinks just sat there on the counter as he helped another customer at the register that had walked in. There was another women employee who seemed to be wiping things down and restocking cups and helping an occasional customer at the register. oh, and both employees decided to have a several minute casual conversation, not doing anything in the way of working, while we sat at the window watching this all go down. By the time we got our drinks, (which was the FIRST TIME we were even acknowledged), the drinks were cold, watered down, and only half full. It’s the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. I think I’ve only written one other review in my life so that should tell you something. So why didn’t I just drive off after a few minutes? Honestly? I wanted to see what else could possibly happen and how long they would actually take to make two peppermint hot chocolates. My daughter works nearby and had said she stopped going to this location after the 3rd time of them being rude, getting the order wrong, and waiting 30 minutes in the drive-thru. Read more*Update- 9/11/24 I attempted to give this location another shot today. Stopped by before work with ample time to order though that time quickly ran out waiting for the manager to show her ‘supervisor skill set’ by talking the ear off two baristas by the ovens while leaving one barista in drive thru and another on bar, both of whom were struggling to keep up during a morning rush. I finally interjected and politely asked the supervisor to take my order as I as now was running close on time. She walked to the register and begrudgingly took my order after trying to deter the order by stating how busy they are already…..🤔 I then opted to order an iced chai which, as a former shift supervisor myself for SBUX, I know how quickly you can whip one up. She then advised me, if I’m in a hurry then I should just not come at all. 🧐 So let me get this straight, you waste my time, ignore your lobby and struggling TWO baristas while chatting up TWO others and then lecture me on time management followed by deterring my business away from SBUX not once but TWICE? Hmmm I think the DM would take issue with that as the customer service doesn’t represent the brand nor does it positively add to the bottom line. Maybe watch your temperament, place your people correctly, attend to your customer base appropriately and suggest the mobile app, worst case scenario? 😂 This store again failed to make or exceed expectation. You have been judged and been found ‘wanting’. 😒
Previous review-This location is always jam packed, hard to maneuver and the employees are just down right rude! I love Starbucks in general but will NEVER visit this site again due to overall attitude of the baristas that work there! They’ve obviously never been schooled in...
