Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Myrtle Beach

I ate here two times during my vacation. The first time was during the day and my pizza was ready pretty quick. The pizza was ok, but it looked like it was rushed because some areas of the pizza wasn't completely covered with cheese.

Then last night i went for pickup and it was chaotic. The lobby was crowded and full of people, some with and without masks. There were an average of 10 to 12 people crammed into the lobby. I called several times while sitting in the parking lot as I did not want to go in while it was so crowded. The phone constantly had a busy signal. I didn't want my pizza to get cold so i finally went inside after waiting 30 minutes because the lobby never cleared. My pizza wasn't ready and many people had been waiting for over an hour. I immediately left and went to the car. I wanted to leave but nothing else was open without a super long wait and the kids were hungry. I finally got my pizza almost 2 hours after ordering it even though I had carryout.

Something needs to be done!!! I think it's ridiculous that they allowed people to stand around in the lobby waiting for their order. People that want to place an order or pick up an order are forced to wait in a line outside while others hang in the store waiting on their order. Also, it's not right that people have to potentially be exposed to covid because the staff will not tell people to wait in the car or outside for their order (this is what every other store does). Furthermore, it's unsafe to employees to have that many people in such a small space. The management as well as an authority needs to be notified of these unsafe practices. In my state there is a hotline for businesses that operate unsafely. I don't know if MB has one, but regardless someone needs to fix this...

I went to this location to get 2 pizzas and do curb side delivery. This location getting into their super small parking lot is fairly easy getting out requires a stupidly sharp turn and after doing it once i refused to do that again so i typically park literally 6 yards from their door in the gass station parking lot nextdoor to save the hassle of that turn. I clicked here at 7:27 and i was suposed to get my pizza at 7:29 at the latest. I even parked sideways near the exit of the station which is the closest and easiest way for them to get to me. Literally 2 feet between me and their car parking locations. I waited till 7:33 to get my pizza and They stopped the timer at 7:28. The i assume manager ( there was only the one person there from what i could tell ) walked out and handed my my food and this is what i have an issue with. He said "next time you park in the gas station insted of dominos parking lot you wont be getting your pizza delivered to you" and that alone isnt too bad but the mean and wildly irratated tone he took left me at a loss for words like, i used to be a manager for dominos at the 501 location near tanger nmb about 2 years ago and i would have never taken that kind of tone with a customer even if they had accidentally broken the rules. I would have said it nicer and without being a jerk about it like come on. I wont be returning to this store again and i can see why it has a 3.2 star rating now. If I could give this zero stars I would so I am on a mini vaca and yes they say when you go out of town try something that you don't find or eat at home so yeah I didn't do that I went to a familiar taste or rather I wanted me some dominos you can't go wrong there right WRONG!!!!!!!!!! first of all the lady who took my order had an smart sarcastic mouth while taking the order and tried to out talk me telling me about my order which she repeatedly got wrong ok cool keep that same energy when I come to cancel my order it was like a whole shift change upon my arrival ok fine I'm hungry tell me why I should've payed attention to all the negative reviews which now I see are true they have officially made me hate Domino's and delete the app off my phone so I will not never ever come back here and I'm telling everyone that I know to do the same plus I'm telling my friend that's a food critic to do this one lol you see you never know who your feeding to the public if you're staying at the beach please go somewhere else this food was nasty and isn't worth the second thought it is nasty and i wasted money on something we had to throw away nd didn't even eat we just went to sleep it was to late to get anything else after driving so long thanks for making me...
